They send out gifts requiring a signature. They send them via FedEx. FedEx drivers do not consider it in their job descriptions to ring door bells. FedEx says you must call Giftsenda. Giftsenda does not have resources to discuss matters with recipients of the gifts they send out. They send out a text that says contact shipper re tracking number : (blank) Brilliant CORPORATION
