I booked flowers to be delivered to my brothers house in Dublin on Tuesday 5th May. I am in Australia and forgot qbout the Public holiday on Monday 4th May. No one was at home on Tuesday 5th May to accept the delivery so my brother contacted you to deliver them on Wednesday 6th May. However, the flowers did not turn up at his house until Thursday morning the 7th May. Luckily he was home that morning.

Wooden Book Frame
I was very disappointed with the Wooden Book Frame I bought this time as a gift, it was not the same quality in my opinion as previous ones I had bought, the darker rich colour was not there and the print was in the wrong place. However I did email the company and the lady who dealt with my issue was very kind and I was given an apology and a gift voucher for the value I had spent!
