Pitiful experience
The personalized bottle of wine had the wrong label. When I complained they accepted that it was their mistake. To my amazement instead of a new correct replacement of a personalised bottle of wine, which was a house warming present for my son, they just sent him a new label. Unbelievable! Customer service - can't be bothered even though it's there mistake. Totally disillusioned.
