I needed to send an egift card voucher to all our staff (over 700) and found Giftpay which had no fees or charges for the use of the platform. I worked with Vivian who helped me through each step of the way and was an amazing and approachable person to work with through this. I would highly recommend this platform and service which Giftpay provide.

Sabrina from GiftPay was my angel. I was having difficulty receiving help from the organization that had promised the giftcard (in fact there was no help at all) but Sabrina was able to remedy the problem and in due course I received the giftcard that had been promised to me. She was so professional and understanding. She is a great asset to the company.

I got a gift card from work for Christmas. These guys made it easy to redeem and keep track of my balance. Much better than getting physical card which I have lost.

I received $150.00 Australian dollar Giftpay for participation in a focus group. I printed the vouchers nominating a large Australian supermarket chain but on multiple occasions I was told at the supermarket that the code on the vouchers was invalid. It worries me that the address on the website claims to be in Australia but in fact this is a Florida, USA address. In the reviews I see no positive review by anyone trying to redeem vouchers. I think that this is a scam.

Customer service in Aus was A+++, incredibly responsive, resourceful and went over and above to ensure I understood exactly what I needed to do to purchase my complex case request. Highly recommend over any other gift card service!

Brilliant idea! I sent appreciation vouchers to over 100 volunteers in less time than it would have taken me to just confirm the volunteers home addresses.

Astonishingly good service for so many reasons.
1. You only have to pay for the vouchers (no fee for service).
2. The choice of retailers is amazing (including many awesome charities).
3. The website was so straightforward and easy to manage.
4. The customer service was prompt, personal, consistently responsive and caring. Above and beyond.
5. They had a design team to make a personalised card incorporating our 2 logos! (what an amazing surprise) all for free.
6. Could send in bulk by uploading en excel spreadsheet.
7. Strong security and assurance of volunteer email addresses being kept private.

Could not recommend highly enough. Will never buy a card voucher again.

I'm having a terrible experience with the withdrawal process because their FAQS suggest that withdrawal takes place in 1_2 Days but despite the passing of 5 days I'm still in longstanding queue of the affectees of this problem. Moreover they don't reply to any of my concerns.

We engaged the services of GiftPay in 2022 and have successfully delivered three gift programs, the most recent being a Christmas gift for our staff. Sabrina is an amazing Account Manager and is extremely quick in her responses. Her knowledge and support are second to none! The GiftPay platform is reasonably easy to navigate, with a huge variety of retailers available to choose from. I would have to agree with an earlier review that the only downfall of all giftcard systems is the value lost when cards are not utilised. I would still recommend GiftPay as a preferred supplier of digital gift giving.

We've been using GiftPay for a couple of years now and customer service has been faultless throughout. Lukas and the team are excellent to work with - very attentive and fast to accomodate our requests. They are always incredibly helpful. The GiftPay platform is very easy to navigate, with a huge variety of options for our staff to choose from for their rewards. The only downfall of all giftcard systems is the value lost when cards are not utilised, however GiftPay provides extensive reporting to help the purchaser keep a track of cards not clicked or used. Over-all GiftPay is a great company to work with.
