My Sea Rocket Fast Boat Tour on Friday Jan,9 1PM was canceled because of lack of passengers. I was notified at 11:30 AM that morning.
That Friday was the only day available to us for the tour and we asked for a refund. We were told the refund would take 3 to 4 business days. Three phone calls and one week later no refund. And now we are being told Sea Rocket is not the right source for our refund.
They can't make out where our booking was made. That is who should issue the refund.
Sounds like a scam to me. Here is my booking info I want my refund.

Horrible experience. Was gifted a pasta making class for Christmas and was told it’s no longer available. I asked for a gift card for the balance. It’s been almost a week and no reply. Why would it be posted if it’s not available and why can I not get a refund to put towards another experience. This is a scam and I will be reporting to the BBB if I don’t hear back soon for stealing the gifters money.

There is no way to remove my credit card on the website. They purposefully make it impossible to remove a card on their website. You have to go to the Shop app and I can’t log in there because my account is so old that I don’t have the sign in email anymore. I think they must ask for permission to use a 3rd party app and make sure it is O.K. with their customers and that we can ACCESS the Shop app before saving our credit cards there. Don’t do it behind our backs!
Giftory DON’T use passwords so if someone knows enough about you, email etc. they can get into your account EASY. That is why I want my credit card deleted.
They don’t answer the phone or emails…. until I posted Here.

I had a great experience working with Giftory customer service. I was last minute with purchasing a same day birthday gift, so I wasn't really in a hurry to decide on an activity date. When my specific timeframe wasn't available, they got back to me with a few other available date options, making it much easier to decide, book and confirm my specific event. I love how the customer support team continued to follow up with me throughout the entire process. 5 star service. Now let's hope the actual event is just as good.

This is a very confusing service. We received a very nice gift of a cooking class, but the only way to register is back and forth on email. "We don't have your date available, try again." Then we finally got a date confirmed, but they haven't told us where the class is. They say it's in a separate email we should have received, but didn't. Why can't you just make this easy and seamless for customers?

Purchased vouchers on 1/6 for an escape room and was not told until after purchase I could not redeem for same day. Sent email to cancel on same day and now on 1/13 have received no reply and you cannot reach them through chat or phone anymore. PLEASE STAY AWAY and giftory PLEASE REFUND MY PURCHASE

At first I thought it was a scam and I couldn’t get my voucher to work. It worked after a while a little hard to navigate if you’re not good at technology. i went up to the actual AMC to get my soda voucher. Worth it! Normally I’d pay $53 for two tickets and two sodas but paid less than half! Will be using again 100%!!

t’s a good deal but I will not be purchasing again .. I went to redeem the tickets on the amc app and added the vouchers to my cart but then realized I had selected the wrong time so I cancelled the transaction and started booking the correct date and time I entered the voucher number but because I had previously entered it on the other transaction (which I never finalized) it said it was already redeemed and I no longer can use it. I called amc to let them know and they told me they couldn’t do anything on their end because it was through a third party.

My daughter gave me a giftory for crumbl cookies for Christmas. We went to use it about a week later. It took MANY steps to even get the gift card. There was a QR code to scan and a credit card type number. Neither worked. The manager of the crumbl cookie store spent over 20 minutes with us trying to get this to work. No luck. We emailed customer service. They responded after about a week and asked for more information. So far, I have never heard back. Seems like a scam. I would book directly with whatever experience you are looking for rather than this place. I’m very disappointed that my daughter paid for nothing.

so I bought two $50 Olive Garden gift card but I was unable to use it when I went to dine out . One of the card I put the voucher number in so it linked to my email address but I didn’t receive any email with actual gift card numbers (olive garden manager said they need 16 digit numbers). The 2nd gift card I didn’t do anything with voucher number.
This was very frustrating and upsetting experience for me. I tried calling the customer service phone number but no one answered, I emailed the support center but haven’t heard anything yet , it’s been 12 days, it says support center will get back to me within 5-7 days, never buying from here again

Do not waste your money on Giftory. I bought two experiences as Christmas gifts for my kids and now can’t even book one. Customer service is nonexistent—emails go unanswered and calls only lead to an automated message saying to “try again later.” I’ve called at all hours with zero success. This has been incredibly frustrating, and I’m now disputing the charge with my credit card. Completely unacceptable.

Can’t get refund and impossible to get ahold of. Trying to contact them but, chat bot is not available during business hours and it says to reach out during business hours…Then I tried calling, says it has too many customers then hangs up on me.
