DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I was beginning to think I was scammed!
I ordered a leather strap bracelet as a present for my son.
I was shocked when it arrived. It was flimsy and looked like a child's bracelet. No way would it fit the wrist of a grown man
When I contacted customer services they asked for a photo of the item. I sent a photo to them and since then I have heard nothing. They are not responding to emails.
I am now left with a useless item as I would not insult my son with this item

I ordered a necklace from this company at the beginning of December. The necklace arrived two days ago (13/12/2021).

The necklace is great, I cannot fault it at all.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company.

Just crap. do not trust them! I've order a necklace and never received anything.

Customer service was not responsive. Only received one email and thereafter it was quite.

STAY AWAY. SCAM. I have contacted my Credit Card company for a refund,

Ordered a name necklace for Mother’s Day. Was told if I ordered that day we would receive the order in plenty of time.

That was three weeks ago. Still nothing and I keep chasing but I too get replies from ‘Jenny’ who keeps saying she will chase it.

No decent information or customer service.

Pretty sure this is a scam company and will be contacting credit card company to get refund.

I ordered a necklace for my wife on…
I ordered a necklace for my wife on Dec. 3rd. The item did not arrive for almost a month, well after Christmas. I reached out to mynamenecklace on just prior to Christmas inquiring on the whereabouts of my order. I was told the following from a person named Jenny, "Maybe you want to choose different necklace? (I can recommend if you want, free of charge obviously, as compensation for this delay)."

I asked if I could select something other than a necklace and was told by Jenny the following, "we have a problem with one of our machines so we can only produce necklaces at this moment, sorry.I would be happy if you choose another necklace so we can send you as compensation for this delay, I feel very bad about this, would you like to pick something else?"

Upon receiving this email response, I selected another necklace which I emailed Jenny the necessary information for. No response on her part. I followed up with 3 additional emails asking if the new necklace shipped...no response, no response, no response. It has been weeks and absolutely no response.

In the end, this is not a reputable company. The customer service I received from Jenny was unprofessional. Avoid buying from this site.
