Scammers. On their website it states customers will receive their product within 1-3 weeks. It’s now been 5 weeks I’ve emailed them 4 times. Nothing back 40 quid down the drain thank you gifted lux

Never received anything
I ordered a necklace for my Mother on 11/10. They sent me an email stating my order has been shipped on the 18th. I never received the necklace and my emails to them go unanswered. Do not trust this company! I asked ChatGPT if this was a legitimate company and they stated no it is not. They have lots of complaints of people who have never received their packages.
