You’re hats are garbage. There not what you advertise on your website. I paid for a cap that has the worn out look not a thug cap. It’s New Jersey so I guess I’m not surprised, thanks for nothing.

I ordered a ball cap and the wrong one…

Company responded with a 50% offer on next purchase. This is unacceptable.

All information including photos of product ordered and photos of product delivered were forwarded again to company.

I ordered a ball cap and the wrong one was delivered. I have asked for a refund or exchange.

This company continues to act dishonestly, refusing to honor the purchase! They need to offer a refund or correct product exchanged.

This is a terrible, dishonest, scam company.

I paid $10.00 for express delivery u said it would come June4th but got here on the June7th not good was having a memorial service for her with 50 people the 5th not good.

The shirt I ordered for my husband for Father's Day was not the color or size I ordered. My husband's Father's Day was almost ruined. I had to go out and purchase another shirt to go with his outfit. VERY INCONVENIENT!

Gift custom for all!

WOW!! Gift custom is definitely a 5 star rating in my book!! Their items are beautifully made & even looks better when I received them! After I ordered my first item, I liked it so much I ordered more! My personalized posters & canvases of my beloved husband came out so beautiful! I have them in just about every room in my home. Not only are the items beautiful, their prices are great and shipping was quick ! I would HIGHLY recommend Giftcustom to others!!! Great job!!!!

Disappointed

I ordered a white shirt but the shirt wasn’t even white (more like an off white or yellowed). The colors were not vibrant like the picture and looked like it would fade after the first wash. Very disappointing.

SCAMMERS DONT ORDER FROM THEM

Placed an order A week before Fathers Day and paid the extra shipping to get there faster. It didnt come faster nor would they refund me my shipping. They said its an good product even though you might rcv it later its still an beautiful gift. They stop responding to the emails. I also ordered an 2nd package to my husband. I still have yet to get it. DONT ORDER FROM THEM. SCAMMERS IN CA. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

Everything went pretty well

Everything went pretty well. I have only received part of my order and waiting for the balance. I ordered these in plenty of time to make it here before a couple birthdays. Guess ordering a month ahead wasn’t enough time.
