Asked for a refund and the company demanded return of product within three days. Returned within 5 days as postal company delivered to wrong address. Giftology refused to refund cost even though I returned the product. The company still have my items. Would not recommend this company as you will not get a refund. Never again!

Great service! I ordered multiple boxes to be sent to my friends and was able to just send an email with the individual addresses on, rather than make many separate orders. They responded to my query straight away and were very helpful. The process was swift and painless. They even reduced the postage to an oversees order I made as a good will gesture for ordering multiple boxes. I can't wait to see what my friends think of their gifts!
