High quality giftboxes to suit all budgets
Great website which is easy to use and there's so much choice of fabulous giftboxes. I like that their range has options for all budgets without compromising on the quality of the product. I ordered the box for a friend who has been having a rough time with family illness and wanted to let her know we were thinking of her. The box was delivered in a timely manner and she loved it. The gift hamper was easy to order
The gift hamper was easy to order, and I hope the recipient enjoyed it. However, the delivery alerts and scheduling need improvement. I specifically selected September 4 as the delivery date for Father's Day, but the package arrived about a week earlier than requested. This affected the surprise and timing of the gift.
Since I did not personally see the delivered package, I cannot comment on the quality or presentation of the hamper itself. However, I would recommend improving delivery-date accuracy and customer notifications so that gifts arrive on the selected date.
Overall: Good ordering experience, but delivery scheduling and alerts need better reliability.

Did not arrive
I ordered with plenty of time. I requested it to be delivered on 4th September in time for Fathers day. As of today (8/9) it hasn't arrived. Tracking shows it was picked up but nothing since. I have contacted the courier company with no response.

We are truly sorry that your gift did not arrive as requested, especially as you had placed your order well in advance and specifically selected 4 September so it would arrive in time for Father’s Day. We completely understand how disappointing and frustrating this must have been. Your tracking showed that the parcel had been collected from us, but unfortunately there were no further updates until you brought this to our attention and we contacted the courier ourselves. The parcel was eventually delivered on 9 September, which was well outside the usual delivery timeframe and, unfortunately, after Father’s Day.
We are genuinely sorry that this happened and that we let you down on such an important occasion.
We also apologise that you did not receive a response when you contacted the courier directly. We understand that placing an order in plenty of time should give you confidence that your gift will arrive when needed, and we’re very sorry that this was not your experience on this occasion.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay, the inconvenience and, most importantly, the disappointment this caused.
As a gesture of goodwill, we will refund the shipping cost on your order. We sincerely hope you will accept our apologies.
