I've only made one purchase, but ordered Panthera slushie maker before lunch, and it arrived approximately 4pm. (Same day delivery option).
Courier helped me put the box on my trolley.
Product is terrific, as are the slushies it makes.

I chose Click & Collect from the Penrith store for my order and the Ladies there could not have been more wonderful!
All staff were welcoming on arrival in store and were very friendly and bubbly to talk with.
My order was ready for collection within 40 minutes of placing it, a very fast turn around for online ordering.
I am 100% happy with my Ordering and Collection experience.

Whilst the ordering was easy and went smoothly. The slushi machine was on sale for 269.00 I was charged 299.00. I didn't receive an email to pick it up I contacted the store myself only to be told that someone at the store had accidentally put that the order was complete so thats why i didnt get an email as the mistake that was made at the store was marked complete and it had been picked up. Ive checked my spam and junk file nothing was there thats why i contacted the store.

Display stock had been used but Paid Full Price ?
I didn't like the fact I got the last one in stock, and it had been used as I guess the display model, but I had paid full Price, I would expect it to be NEW if paying full price. Everything had been sticky taped back up, and the cord was wrapped up with a rubber band around it.So no denying it had been used already. After all, said and done they got back in contact with me and did more than accommodate an apology so certainly needed to update my review.
