My order that I placed online was a nightmare.
My order that I placed online was wrongly delivered to the Paramatta location instead of my home address. When I called a week later about the issue, and requested a redelivery and a return on my delivery free. Then it was organised that the order would be sent from the store the next day. A delivery attempt was made by the horrible delivery service that you are unable to contact and if you miss it... there is no turning back. I called the store and said that delivery was missed and the store person said they would deliver the following day. I waited around all day only to call the store at 3pm and find out that I was wrongly advised and that there is no redelivery and I would have to go to the store directly and pick up my order. I will not be ordering from this store again and will share my experience with others which was terrible to say the least.
