I ordered a gift for my partner for our anniversary, but was having problems processing the payment. I contacted online chat and they told me they would look into it and email me once all was sorted. They did exactly as promised and I received an email from the director apologising for the order issue. They gave me a discount and even gave my order priority delivery and checked with the supplier it would be on time. It arrived today and I’m very pleased with it and was well packaged. A company to trust with excellent customer service and communication.

Was looking for a personalised treat for my kids teachers.. Found this company and loved the personalisation that nobody else seems to have. It gave its own sense of unique style.. The chocolate slab itself was very cost effective and surprisingly heavier than I thought! One of the teachers has just messaged me "most incredible chocolate. Best chocolate EVER!!!!". Very pleased and highly recommend.. Will definitely be buying more things from here.

I ordered a personalised chocolate bar for my daughters teacher. I got tracking info for Royal Mail, unfortunately Royal Mail delivered it to the wrong address. I informed gift and graze and they remade the bar for me and sent it next day delivery so I had it in time for my daughters last day of school I was very impressed with the whole customer service and the bar looks amazing. I will definitely be ordering again

Once paid for order delivery changed to a later date than I expected, got in contact and this issue was resolved straight away! Order received within two days and it was personalised!

Saw the ad on Facebook for personalised chocolate bars and was a bit sceptical as they were very reasonably priced. I had a lot to buy and including postage I purchased 7 personalised gifts for less than £30. Communication was amazing and I received them a day before I needed them. My children are happy that they can gift their teachers something on their last day. My queries were responded to even outside of business hours, will definitely use this company again.

I ordered some personalised gifts for my children’s teachers. There was a mix up with the delivery (this was royal mails issue not there’s) I had great communication with Gift&Graze they couldn’t be more helpful. They quickly resolved the issue and sent out another order for the next day. Even though the issue was royal mails fault not there’s. The products arrived and they were beautiful :-) 100% recommend.

Ordered some teacher biscuits, messaged to ask if the text could be in welsh as my daughter goes to a Welsh school and they were able to customise for us. There lovely! Presented pretty and packaged well. They will be a lovely addition to the gift bags. Thankyou!

Literally cannot recommend this company highly enough. They were so helpful and super efficient, I made an enquiry on Saturday morning asked for a few things to be altered and personalised and received my items by Wednesday, I even got a discount code.
