A very poor company to deal with. This client placed an order for bespoke items, had a large amount of bespoke design work undertaken at no cost to them, then confirmed an order, received an invoice and then assured us payment had been actioned. She then tried to back out, despite the items being produced being totally unique to the business. Very poor form and untrustworthy company in conclusion.
