Internet service isn't great. Only reason I stay with this company is because they are cheap. I don't think you can contact a customer service rep if you need help. They do have offers on but I never feel it applies to me as I don't use my phone much. I only ever need extra data occasionally. I never use all my data because of bad signal in my area and I think it's a shame you can't carry it over so you have it when you need it.

I urgently need someone to contact me.

My account has been compromised. Someone has fraudulently taken control of my mobile number (SIM swap/number theft) and has used it to gain access to my online banking. I am now locked out of my mobile account and cannot log in to contact you through your usual support channels, which is completely unacceptable in an emergency like this.

I need my mobile number to be blocked immediately to prevent any further fraud. Despite my attempts to get help, nobody has responded.

This is an urgent security matter. Please contact me as soon as possible and suspend my number immediately while you investigate this incident. Every minute of delay increases the risk of further financial loss.

this site has no signal in east london, so prickin annoying!! Hello!! Sometimes it has but only for an hour and then NO PRICKIN SIGNAL AGAIN!! almost everyday! WTF!! this giffgaff is rubbish!!

My phone was stolen and you can't stop the SIM card because I need to log in on your stolen phone. I don't know if this is the most idiotic company ever or maybe Donald trump is the company director ! . This is the worst network I have ever seen . Should be shut down. Don't go to this network

I have had this service for about a year and half. 1 1 the service for one is really spotty and bad I continuously get 4G or no service .
2. Price is reasonable for the data you get.
3. Left stranded with no data for abroad when I arrived in Spain even with the 5GB available. It doesn’t work at all and never kicked in but I can’t do some things on my phone.

I would probably change to a different network

Cheap phone network prices, excellent coverage, amazing customer service, great refurbished service! The agents are super useful and informative, overall some of the best customer service there is.

I would suggest not using Giffgaff if you don't have good O2 coverage in your area. Check on downdetector. Otherwise the coverage is pretty awesome. I rarely encounter no signal.

I have been with you for quite sometime and I'm very pleased with the service you supply. You recently offered an upgrade and I was happy to accept even though I may not need to use it. for me it's 10 out of 10

Been a giffgaff member for years as have members of my family without issue.
However, this week I put £10 on my daughter's phone which didn't arrive but taken from my account and then sent her another £10 to buy herself and the data ran out almost immediately if it was even added.
I contacted giffgaff from my account ( it was me who lost £20! ) but they just told me my daughter ( a minor) has to make a complaint herself.

We'll be switching her sim for another provider as I am not wasting more money.

It just works.

Loss of signal in my house for over a month. The most disappointing aspect is that I have raised a couple of times with Giffgaff and have had no response whatsoever.

Our whole family have now moved over to giff gaff, great coverage, never had any issues. Affordable monthly too.

Gratified that so many give these idiots 5 stars. No service after two days of waiting. Welcome pack and all in place just no service and no one to call. The agents take over 24 hours and are as useful as a chocolate ashtray. The community just ask more questions or get sarcastic. As a newbie I had no idea and needed help. Didn’t get any though.

Continuous low prices and good service. Valuing existing customers, not just new ones. They make you want to stay with them, not penalising you for leaving like other companies.

Very pleased with the service from Giffgaff. Easy to setup both phone and broadband accounts. Phone number was transferred as requested. Good deals on plans, and excellent communication keeping me up to date with relevant information.

Reliable networrk, in UK and France. Keen pricing and easy to change monthly 'bundles' according to current data needs. I've been a customer for several years and haven't had any problems.
