Excessive delay in deliveries
More than 15 days waiting for the delivery of my shoes. I am still waiting. When I . tried to find out what was going onAutomatic answer responded I have to wait 7-8 more days. There is no way you can tract you order in this website

Poor customer service experience
If youre shipping internationally, their 'two day shipping' is more like three weeks, even if their customer service team assures you they can deliver in a few days. After realizing the shoes would be extremely delayed, I needed to modify the delivery with the shipper. Gifennse ensured me the delivery could not be modified, there was nothing they could do. Thankfully I worked with UPS directly to modify the delivery, but this is something Gifennse could have and should have taken care of on my behalf. Very poor experience, I wont be returning.

Ghost zipper
It starts at the website the particular boot that I ordered I was given a one-sided view of the boot what I didn't see the inner portion of the boat was a zipper there was no indication in the description that one even existed I love the boots they look much better in person . The sad part is that I ordered two pairs and they both going to come with zippers, look very careful at the photograph if you ordering boots and look for a zipper you got to know what you're looking for, can't wait to wear them.

I bought shoes from this company and have received radio silence. There’s virtually no customer service, and I was given a fraudulent link to “track” my order. I’m now having to report fraud through my bank for a $200 purchase. Don’t waste your time or money on this scam site.

Great quality and beautifully made shoe
Ordered the hand dyed suture loafer in brown for my boyfriend for his birthday. They were a size too big, amazing quality though. I contacted them about getting a different size, they were helpful and got me a smaller size right away. He loves his shoes and the quality is very nice. I also purchased the shoe polishing kit. Which he loved as well.
