Great customer service and quality products!
I found the gibbon board a week before Christmas. I ordered the product and decided against 2 day shipping since it was extra $$$ and I read previous reviews about it normally being fast shipping.
Well I decided a few days later I really wanted it to be here for my family to open Christmas day. I called but their hours were stated on the phone when they will be back in office so I emailed them directly with wanting to add the express shipping. They responded very quickly once they were back in office and explained the process of having to cancel then re order adding the express shipping which they were able to do and I had my refund a few days later.
My order ended up being delivered the day after Christmas at 9:30pm which I was bummed about given I paid an additional chunk to have it express shipped but with the holidays, I get it. I reached out again asking if there is a possibility of a refund for the express shipping, they responded quickly and refunded me. My experience with their customer service has been amazing! My 4 and 16 year old boys as well as my husband all love the board!
Awesome balance board. I keep it in my tv room and it is great for jumping on and off
My SlackBoard is amazing. It's by far the best balance training tool I have ever used, and I've used them all. My board arrived fully assembled, ready to use straight out of the box. Also, shipping was fast and customer service was great. Awesome job, GIBBON!
