Very disappointed as I had a message that the perfume has been delivered, however it has not! Iam very disappointed and unsure how to proceed as this was a birthday for my wife who loves this perfume.

According to our records, your order was shipped correctly. However, the delivery could not be completed because the required customs duties were not paid. As specified during checkout and in the shipping section of our website, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Because the duties were declined, the shipment is currently being returned to our warehouse. In line with our refund policy, we are able to issue a refund once the parcel has been received back at our facility.

Customs and DHL were extra cost
Perfumes were great, but if you come from non-EU country like I do (Bosnia and Herzegovina) you have to be prepared for extra cost of customs service. I paid 160€ for perfumes and also Custom service and DHL delivery were also 160€, so it was very expensive perfume at the end.

For this reason, these costs are not included in the order total and must be paid upon delivery.
