This could have easily been a 5 star purchase but they use sendle to ship their products, and they don't tell you this up front. Sendle is basically Uber for package delivery so don't expect to get your package on time, or even at all. I've been waiting two weeks and still no delivery. I'd like a refund now Giant Vapes.

Not sure how Giant Vapes has bad reviews because they are the best vape company out there. Even without discount codes, you can't beat them! Usually always have everything I need in stock too! Great company. Delivered everytime. Never had a problem. Yes you need a signature but everyone does, it's vape products, duh Some people you just can't please but I am. And I never take time to do reviews but after ordering again, I wanted to take the time and write one! Kudos GV

This company is horrible. I placed an order and they use some company called Sendle to ship. They require a signature to receive this but Sendle doesn't update the tracking and when they do it's incorrect. It's been saying out for delivery and a date but yet I'm still sitting day after ta day to sign for a package that I don't even know if it will show up. I emailed customer service several times but no one responds and there is no phone number to call!! I will never order from them again!!! I would ne recommend ordering from them!!!!!!!

GIant Vapes claims Amazon has the package. Amazon claims it was never picked up. Tracking is sitting at the label creation stage, and not showing that Amazon ever took control of the package. Have sent them numerous messages about the issue.

Was told to file a claim with route if the package doesn't arrive. Am currently in contact with Route, since to file a claim a package has to show as shipped, with valid tracking data. And this package is currently not showing as shipped.

Order never was delivered. Tracking shows it stayed at a Postal Hub for several days and was returned to sender. Giant Vapes will not respond to any emails that I have sent. No Customer Service at all! Scammed out of close to $100. DO NOT BUY FROM GIANT VAPES.

Do not expect to get your products in less than 7 or 9 days. They state 1 to 3 days and that is inaccurate. I email.the company and was told to.review their shipping policy. Thank you for charging me the shipping for your "fast 1 to 3 day" shipping.

Gaint vapes is the shit ! They have a nice selection of the best vape brands on the market.
They have both freebase vape juice, salt nic , and disposables .
There selection is huge I couldn't decide it took me about 30 minutes to pick 2 good juices.
I hope this time I picked a better flavor profile.
The last one tasted like a strong tobacco with vanilla cream at 1st .
In the end the flavor changed to a more of a darker tobacco and vanilla cream .
Not my favorite but not the worst .
The have great customer service and the shipping is fast .

So I switched a few months ago to giant vapes. I had to come out and leave another review. Had a bad disposable vape today o received a replacement no question just incredible service. I don't even need to buy as i make my own juices but i enjoy trying new flavors devices and with giant being so awesome im going to keep on buying referring friends and family. No hidden fees no bs no return rules just 5 star great service. Give them a try and see for yourself!

The company I'd been using for a few years ran out of the juice I like and didn't know if they'd be getting more in anytime soon. I found Giant Vapes with a Google search, looked at some reviews and decided to order.

Not only were the items I needed in stock, they were a bit less expensive than what I'd been paying before. Shipping was incredibly fast and they shipper they use got it to me very quickly. Highly recommend this shop!

Ive been scammed a lot buying vapes but not here !! Super fast shipping and you actually get a legit delivery date. I've lost over $100 trying to get a boost pro max I should've just gone with the boost 2 or 3 or the h45 which js what I ordered and should be here in. 2 days. YAY!! They also carry a juice pod juice cotton clouds that i cant find anywhere online so yay AGAIN lol!! Great prices too

I spent $20 on shipping and it was supposed to be here in 1-3 days. That was on Tuesday it's now Saturday and I still don't have my e liquids.

My order was shipped 2 days after I placed it and I received it 4 days after I ordered it. They have an excellent selection of juice, coils and mods, many of which can't be found anywhere else. Their prices are competitive and I've never had to use their customer service because I've never had a problem. Recommended!

I posted a negative review but had to remove it because the issue I experienced was NOT due to Giant Vapes. If you're getting a denial while attempting to place an order, please call your bank to make sure they aren't denying it. That's what happened to me. Since I had never placed an order with this company before, my bank flagged it as a fraudulent transaction. Giant Vapes responded to my complaint quickly and was super kind even though I was being a bit rude. With all of that being said, I will be continuing to do business with this company. :)

tried to make a purchase on it last night 1/26/25 at 11:30 pm and got declined 4 times cause my address on my ID didn't match my billing address but the company still charged me and took 86 bucks and I ordered nothing cause I got declined 4 times

SCAM!!! I ordered online and they whatsapped my saying they were missing most of the flavours. I asked for a refund and have been ignored. Emailed and ignored. Called and ignored. They dont accept paypal for a reason because they’ll rob you. BEWARE!

I ordered a vape from them. It doesn’t turn on and it doesn’t charge. I have emailed them multiple times and they do not respond!
