Ordered several puzzles from this company on April 4th - received "shipped" notification and some bogus tracking information. Company is completely "deaf" in customer services as I have received absolutely no response to repeated inquiries.....DON"T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Had to dispute charges through the credit card company.

Scam. Ordered 5 big puzzles, got 5 minuscule ones with completely different pictures. They replied once to our email asking what the problem was, and now have totally disappeared. Do not touch them with a barge pole.

Can't believe I FELL for this type scam AGAIN. Made some ordering mistakes before Christmas -vowed to have learned my lesson. Then - I also ordered from these people. Charge processed 4/2, can't connect with them, no shipping update, not contact since the order was confirmed. Turned a fraud complaint over to Visa. They can't connect either and on 5/12 will refund my money.
DO NOT ORDER from these people.

Hoaxed, like everyone else is reporting here. PayPal have been helpful and I can get a full refund on the return of the item. Now I can't get a full return address and it's not printed on the documents I have. PayPal, I'm coming back to you.

As like others, I paid extra for large puzzles, and received tiny puzzles, not even 7 inches. I sent multiple messages, including a picture with a tape measure showing the size. No response.

Warning...total scam. As with others I received 3 tiny jigsaws after ordering and paying for 3 large. I have asked for refund or resending of ordered goods. “Customer service” asked me to send photo of goods received...which I did.heard nothing further. Don’t waste your money

Ordered 3 large puzzles and what came can barely fit into my hand. Sent and email to their customer service with no reply. No happy. Wish I had seen these complaints as the offer did seem too good to be true

Ordered the extra large puzzle and received a tiny one. Trying to resolve through PayPal as they weren’t responding to emails. Really annoyed. Do not order from this company.

Update: PayPal awarded a full refund.

I ordered puzzles from here but never got anything. I requested my money back. We will see what happens. Since it was a company I wasn't sure about, I ordered through PayPal. I'm not sure but I think they might be able to help if the company gives me a hard time.

I had the same experience as many others have described, very late delivery, tiny puzzles when I paid for large ones.
Was hoping to give as Mother’s Day gifts.
They are a scam, I will be much more careful in future. I have started a dispute to try and receive a refund through pay pal.

I wish I had seen these reviews first cause I never would have wasted my $$$ I ordered 4 puzzles cause they claimed some going out of business sale. Ordered in the largest size available, PLUS selected that mystery box thing (supposed to get 3 mystery puzzles and they sent one). Well not only are the puzzles NOT the sizes advertised and I ended up getting charged roughly $30 for one of the puzzles which is not the price. I NEVER would have paid that much... I'm mad because I have no proof of the price cause it's gone from their website! OH AND I just finished 1 butterfly puzzle and it's missing one piece! I wonder how many are missing from the others!

Like so many others, ordered and paid for 3 large puzzles, got 3 tiny puzzles. Paid $100 AU. Wish I'd seen the reviews here first. Total scam. They obviously only make tiny puzzles, but advertise and sell and charge people for large ones. Very very disappointing.

Zero stars...wish I had seen this before I ordered. Placed an order March 23rd, still haven't received it.

UPDATE: FINALLY received my minuscule puzzles today, June 29, 2021, that were supposed to be the size of a sheet of paper.

My first email to them was an automatic, "Your product has shipped, expect delays because of COVID".

I did not receive what I ordered, and have received no response to my repeated emails asking how to rectify the situation.
Some research shows that the majority of clients are in the same situation.

Not even worth one star. Same problem as everyone else. Thought i was ordering three large puzzles from uk. Received 3 miniscule puzzles in teeny plastic box from china after long wait. No communication from seller. Hoping paypal can resolve.

I would leave NO STARS, but skulls and crossbones!

I have waited over a month and have never been contacted. NOTHING! They were all over my money, got there's the same day I ordered. At least I can say I have PayPal to back me up. I have filed my complaint, accordingly. This is not a "company", but a one way ATM (all the money) sucker!

This company sounds like a scam wish I had read the reviews before 2mths ago when I purchased a jigsaw they took my $40 and I have heard nothing from them since, no order accepted no payment received no posted emails nothing and have no idea how to conact them. Dont Buy people. Donna in Australia

Oh how I wish I had seen this prior to ordering. My experience is like everyone else's here. Ordered and paid for xlarge received miniatures.
3 jigsaws were completely different to what I ordered. No response to emails etc etc

This advertising website should be shut down. They are selling false and misleading products. The product takes a long time to come in when it gets here it is not as advertised. Many reviews stay at the same thing. How do we get this scam close down. I will be going through PayPal with my concerns. Really recommend against purchasing this product

I checked the status on my shipment with PayPal. Got a notice my order was not completed. Fixed that. A week later, when I checked the status again, it had duplucated the order. Tried contacting company to stop second order, no luck, no response to email.
First order arrived, I was disappointed in the size - if this was the medium how small is the small??? It didn't arrive in a cloth cover inside a wooden box; it was a ziplock in a plastic box. OK. So, I worked one before giving it to my grandson. It was missing a whole section of pieces!!!! At least a dozen! STILL haven't heard from the company. The second order has arrived. Grrrrrr.
