Hi! I would expect to get a confirmation of my order shipment, expected delivery date and a tracking number so that I could see the progress of the delivery - before getting your request to evaluate your service and product.

Thank you for your feedback.
I've changed the setting in Trustpilot - the review request should have been sent áfter the completion of the order, not 2 days after placement. This is now corrected and future review request will be sent after receiving the wine.
As for the e-mail i don't know why you did not at least receive the order confirmation. I have just sent it again, i hope it's in your inbox now...perhaps in your spam folder? The track&trace code will be sent tomorrow evening by e-mail as your package will be handed to the postal service tomorrow.
My apologies for your inconvenience - i hope my answer and the rest of the process (and wines!) will make up for it :-)

I'm glad I've found the site with such a great selection of Georgian wines. Before it was pretty hard to find in NL something worth buying though Georgian and Armenian wines are so rich and flavorful.
It would be also nice if they have famous Georgian sauces like pomegranate sauce or red/green tkemali. Which hard to make right here

This is my second order with Ghvino so I'm hoping that the experience will be as good as the first time. They have a good range and great prices with delivery either being a reasonable cost or free if enough wine is bought at once. The wine also arrived in a well packaged box withing a reasonable time frame, If you like Georgian wine and live anywhere in Europe then Ghvino is a good choice of retailer.
