Completely unresponsive customer…
Completely unresponsive customer service. Ordered the Bluray Complete Collection and received product after nearly a month. Ordered again as a gift, it's been a month and my order still says "processing." Multiple messages and emails sent with zero reply.
Quality of the product received is good, but it takes far too long to receive and extremely worrying now that I'm not getting any response to my requests for updates.

Thought I bought a bluray collection. Turns out I get nothing. Order is still in Processing after more than a month. Customer service is not answering questions about purchase. It must be a scam site. just lost $119.99 .

Should have researched before placing…
Should have researched before placing an order. The website is not affiliated to Studio Ghibli. The address they use is of the Ghibli museum in Japan. The blu ray collection is a counterfeit product. 5 stars for creating a website that looks so authentic. Just lost $119 ..feel gutted. Sites like this should be shut down. don't understand how square payment allows business to run a scam website.
