They have AI players to sit around and play tournaments and cash games, have never experienced so much blatant fraud as they do. Damn.

I have only had a few days of playing poker on GG because it was just recently launched in my country. I have played poker before on other sites and know the game quite well. But on GG, it's totally different: players with 100K in winnings on the site go all in with cards that don't really make sense and still win. I think the RNG has some modifications to favor certain categories of players and to help those who don't have much experience. In my opinion, this is a big scam. I do not recommend it.

Scammers, cheaters. Always steal the money which real poker players should win and transfer it to fishes or their bots, especially asians. Fish can play garbage for 4 hours straight and still be a chipleader by bad beats only. This is not a poker room, this is a circus for entertain fishes which miss the slot section and somehow end up at the poker table, spoiling game for those who really like to play poker, stealing their money constantly. Played at GG for about 5 years, always thought I'm just a not really good player, until I started to win constantly on other poker rooms, except this cheathole.

Doesn't matter your EQ villain will constantly pull only card left in deck to beat you on the river 9/10. Chinese Bots make this site a joke - AA all in and called with 50bb with 35o and 35 gets there it happens all day everyday. Other sites feel like a scam sometimes but never have i seen it quite like at GG - the amount of times you lose with 90+ EQ is unreal.

Its all dead money you'll win a few hands and go up a little bit but from there it's all downhill . You'll keep getting dealt nice hands like ak aq aj suited and you hit nothing on the flop repeatedly. When its time for you to start losing you will know it within no time . The 2 outer suck outs will start , then you will get it in good and get out flopped and watch as your opponent confidently declined cash outs and running it more than once because they are so confident their hand will hold and it does . The only time I've ever profited from this game was from a bad beat jackpot which even then I was beaten by a royal flush besides that you'll never get on a good run or make any profits. There is nothing random about this site not only is it rigged it's the most twisted online sites you'll ever play.

I didn’t play in 5 years. My account was self excluded for 1 year. When I emailed them to reactivate my account. I received an email that I am ban from gg poker.

Deposited money and then they would not let me withdraw that money to the same card I had deposited. Now they are withholding my money. Do not deposit money here it is a scam be warned

One of the worst sites I've ever played on. They have a cash out option for cash games.. basically if you don't take it you will lose.. if you do take it, they offer way less and keep the rest as rake. The site is FULL of bots they seem to always catch specially in tournaments!

I joined up hesitantly after reading fairly mixed reviews. Mostly unfavourable. But then a lot of these were poker reviews and I joined with the view to playing slots. Well registration was extremely straightforward as well as verification. I played a bit. Lost a bit. Won a bit. Then won a bit more. Made a withdrawal and it was instantly in my bank account. There are not many organisations out there that have such efficient processes. If I were to be picky I would say some of the games are not the smoothest. (A bit bumpy). But that is a minor irritation. All in all, absolutely delighted with the site.

A lot of GG reviews focus on game integrity and outright accuse GG of not offering a fair poker playing environment. These reviews merely show what has always been true about people: they often reject responsibility and refuse to acknowledge that they're not as great as they would like themselves to be.

Ignore reviews of these people. They don't understand statistical probabilities and variance, nor do they understand their own limitations. GG offers a fair playing environment where you don't need to worry about "rigged games."

Unfortunately, this is one of the few positive things one can say about GG. The main problem with GG is that they offer terrible playing conditions - rake (the cut GG takes from players) is incredibly high, their loyalty/reward programs are not attractive to players, and GG has done nothing but squeeze more and more juice for themselves out of both recreational and professional players over the last decade.

What's worse is that GG is an incredibly cunning company that lacks transparency in domains where they're demanded to be transparent by law.

For example, it's nearly impossible to ascertain how much rakeback - a percentage players get back from the cut GG takes from them, which is handed out as a loyalty bonus - players are able to make on GG. GG works with a Player Value Index (PVI), which brings your rakeback percentage down the more your value as a player (how good/winning you are) goes up. They offer no transparency on how this works anywhere, and refuse to do so when you request more information about this. As a result, you simply can't draw an honest conclusion of how good or bad the player environment is, unless you start playing extensively, after which you're already duped if this doesn't turn out great (which it won't).

Another example is that GG cuts back loyalty bonuses significantly for players from countries where GG is required to pay gambling tax. In the Netherlands, for instance, players are exempt from paying any taxes on winnings made on GG. If you do your research and look into the policies, this is the only conclusion you can logically draw. However, GG offloads their gambling tax responsibility on these players by cutting down significantly on their loyalty program, making the GG environment either unbeatable long-term, or not beatable enough to consider them a good option, even for a competent player. You can scour their policies for hours and you will come to find that this isn't disclosed anywhere. Worse, if you happen to find this out from other sources and ask GG directly if this true, they will not give you a straight answer, or will even lie to you.

The customer service on GG is also completely incompetent. You will be met with an endless barrage of prewritten responses that will rarely answer your inquiry or solve the root of an issue you're facing.

To end on a positive note, the GG software looks nice and I imagine will be engaging to some recreational players.

All by all, GG is a shameful company that lacks transparency and deserves a one star review, but not for the reasons most reviewers here express.

This site is so horriffic, clear as day its bent and rigged. Its not variance, its not bad luck, its not bad play, its down right cheating.

I easily had 50 show downs today and lost 90% of them, the range of cards im playing means thats not mathematically possible, yet it is on this site. It will cheat you in every tournament you play at all staking levels, do not waste your hard earned money on this site, it will not allow you to win

Spend your money on life and dont gamble playing poker on this site, you have been warned
