Ive been ordering edibles from here for a few years now and have had many good experiences, but lately the service has gone downhill. In the last year the delivery drivers completely disregard delivery instructions, and almost half of my orders have arrived missing items.
But customer service has always resolved it within 24 hours, so it didn't bother me much.
However, I ordered a few items on Easter weekend, noticed one was missing, and have sent 4 emails since then to get it fixed. 2 weeks later, not even a response.
Extremely disappointed.

AS noted by previous reviewers - these guy scam the google network to scam your money. Pure thieves

gg4.store is the Scammiest and SPAMMY store ever.

There are HUNDREDS of fake listings on Google Maps added daily in my city, all pointing to either .tk addresses, or currently now Facebook groups, created by random names pointing back to gg4.store. If that isn't the most illegitimate ways of advertising I don't know what is. They place their map markers randomly on google maps, either in residential neighborhoods, on top of other businesses, I've even seen their pins dropped on parks and schools.

They are severely abusing google maps in order to gain more customers which is incredibly obnoxious since they DO NOT have a physical storefront.

Great service. Delivery was flawless, quick and efficient.

Scammers with fake automated email reply's
After two weeks of emailing them I can confirm
that they are fake and thieves and scammers Hannah is not a person but a chatbot with the same email responses like: What is your order number and twice saying you should have your order by now. of course if you make a few orders from them they build up your trust and soon after you make a positive review They screw you over.
Do Not Trust Them! They will take your money and ignore you even you ask them for your money back and they wait till you give up.

The bud is a little bit on the dry end. But still a great experience.

They pick and choose who to treat properly based on skin color , they treat black ppl worse and do bait and switches where u order some type of weed but they give u another cheap kind

Always great prices and quick shipping. Order Monday here by friday and when i asked for a quick delivery it arrived in 3 days! Always recommend this place.

I was on the correct site initially, but when I chose my city, I am now seeing that it redirected to the other site. I can acknowledge that was my bad, but this does not negate any of the points I made.

At no point was this clarified in conversations via email. I even clarified via email if there was a way to have my order delivered to my city, and nothing was mentioned. On my order information even, it said if you live within the GTA or many other cities within an hour (which would include my city) from Toronto, you can get same-day delivery. There was no misunderstanding regarding the GTA, this was unclear and misleading.

I understand why same-day delivery would not be possible from Calgary, but if someone communicated this at any point and if the site wasn't wonky, there would have been no confusion.

Finally, my order was over $100, so even if I was ordering to Calgary, that is still over the amount that qualifies for free shipping. Therefore, this is false advertising.

I think this place is a scam, and if they arent a scam, then they seem pretty shady.

Their website redirects you to the Calgary website if you change your city. However, confirmation emails still mention the same-day delivery to people in the GTA (or within an hour of Toronto), so it is unclear where your order may be coming from. And there is a gap in communication regarding that.

They said that if you spend over $100 it is free shipping. Then said there would be a $25 shipping fee for sending it via mail. When I asked them why, I didn't get a response. They also asked for a picture of my ID through a sketchy unencrypted email.

I am just glad that I canceled my order before giving my money because based on these reviews, I probably would have lost that money!

Would NOT recommend them, even if they are legit, just based on misleading advertising alone.

my order never showed up. Luckily I didn't put down any money. I was told to email Hannah who took a day to get back to me. 2 hour delivery my ass!

Company is a scam, steals your money, stole over 150 bucks from me and anyone who has been taken advantage of by this company should call their local police and report them for fraud.

Positive reviews are scam reviews not real customers. I can guarantee it they put a bunch of positive to bury the reviews that are bad.

My order last night took longer than 2 hours to be delivered because they sold out faster than I could make up my mind about what to order.
But they communicated really well and frequently with me, I chose something else, then changed my mind a few times, finally got everything figured out and awhile later my order arrived. GG4.store’s customer service is top notch just like their products and that’s why they continue to be my one and only place to shop!!

Very impressed with my 1st visit which lead to an eventual purchase and soon, a re-order. Their selection is second to none with a great selection in all variants of cannabis and all other products derived from the plant. But this is what intrigued myself...the LOW prices, availability, and THC content. Add this to QUICK delivery and you see why GG4 is the store to order from. Puff, puff, past....

I ordered from them. Guy came in 2 and a half hours. No problem. I recommend them to my wife and the order never shows. She has been trying to contact these guys for weeks until she gave them a bad review here. They finally get back to her and try to say the package was delivered. What package? A guy drove up and handed me a bag after looking at my I.D. when I ordered. These guys are playing games. They stole 70 dollars from my wife. Stay away from these scum bags.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!
I placed a $70 order 3 weeks ago now(same day shipping) tried multiple different times to contact them and NOTHING! They send you an email saying as soon as we receive your payment your order will be on the way. They take your money via etransfer and thats it. You're left with no money or product! And by the looks of other reviews I'm not the only one getting scammed! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!
