My withdraw attempt did not work so I contacted their helpdesk. Their helpdesk then tried to authenticate me by requesting a picture of my drivers license and a utility bill. That is completely unacceptable as those items have my personal information (DOB, address, etc). When I refused, they suspended my account.

I recommend using a different site to redeem your points.

I was blocked from the site after requesting my first withdrawal on the platform.
I lost time and money on the offers I invested.
I sent emails to understand the problem and they claimed that I have another account with the same IP.
I have never made offers and never requested withdrawal on the site, I did all this only for a single account, this they should confirm too, since they have access to the IP.
I lost time, but I won't lose what was invested.
The advertisers paid for what I did, please deposit my money.
And I had to come here because they don't answer my emails anymore.
If you solve my problem, I'll come back here to give a new feedback

It did take a minute to receive my payout after a system error, they were quick to respond and proceed with the payout. Satisfied with how they work.

Payouts happen within the day that I request them and the surveys are a consistent and reliable way to earn some extra money, however the payout threshold is high which leads to needing to do a lot more work than similar sites which can have payout thresholds as low as $1 and sometimes offer more incentive per survey.
