best freight management firm
great platform, great account managers. We have very large contracts with many carriers and using GFS we can seamlessly change from any of the major carriers to another without the worry of burning bridges if it doesn't work out. Been with them years and would never go back to direct contracts with a carton carrier firm.
The biggest benefit is a very professional, knowledgeable account manager that is always helping with any changes.

GFS is a fantastic service
GFS is a fantastic service. I have used their services for just over a year and they have really impressed me. I think the thing that really puts them above the competition is the fact that they are so easy to contact. Other major companies will often put you through to robotic conversations on the phone. GFS will always have a human on the line that is polite and helpful. Their other major benefit is its cost, using GFS has saved my business a substantial amount of money. I would strongly recommend GFS to anyone looking for a cheaper and more reliable service.

Fantastic company to deal with
Fantastic company to deal with. My reps are always straight back to be whenever I have a question, they have gone to great effort to set us up with an easy to use system for booking out parcels with multiple couriers at really great prices. They managed to save us 30% on our UPS bills, savings us thousands a year. So I have 0 complaints. Any issues and they are straight on the carrier to get it resolved.

Expected a pickup from them and waited in all day. Nobody came and now they claim they were told the item wasn't ready for collection. Feels like a scam to me. Guess they still get paid by DPD for trying.

Horrible service!!
I honestly do not know how to describe the absolutely awful service from GFS. They keep on saying that the delivery failed because there was no answer from the customer. I am home all the time and nobody attempted delivery. I have not been contacted once. When I try to reach anyone from GFS Qatar, I am unsuccessful. No answer on their call line. I am at a point where I know I will never get my package.

What a scammers. Had 2 packages being delivered 3 days apart. The delivery guys have the exact same approach like they are trained to lie and deceive. They will text you early morning asking for the location then don't reply the whole day to any messages or they just say a time and then don't come.. until late evening they will come with an excuse that their car broke down and ask you to collect from their personal house. This is how they make money, not delivering at all. What a rubbish company and horrible customer service. Don't ever use them!!
