My experience is a bad one, After purchasing a Switch game via Amazon, the game went missing in the post after an attempted delivery. I reached out to GEX,as Royal Mail claimed it was lost in the system. Customer Service asked me to rebook delivery but I was unable as RM didn't leave a card. After going back & forth with GEX & even going to RM depot, they finally agreed to refund me. 1 day later they changed their mind & refused the payment.I even gave them my complaint Reference number for R Mail. They stated Amazon should pay it instead. They then lied to Amazon telling them I'd failed to collect from R Mail. In the end a Amazon Agent threatened them to Honour what they'd agreed. I eventually received my refund after almost 7 weeks

I am super happy with the service Gex Provided. They responded to an enquiry I had regarding game conditions, and then I entrusted them with a box of valuable Pokemon games.

Truthfully, I could have squeezed more money out of eBay sales, but Gex provided a stress free experience, which I cannot get with eBay. I still found the Gex game prices fair, and as soon as they recieved the parcel, they promptly assessed it, and emailed me to ensure I would accept the offer.

They were trustworthy because I accidently left a game out of my Sell basket, but Gex informed me and added the game in question to the Sale Price. Very shortly after I accepted their offer, I was paid.

Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience!Gex is now my go to place to sell games. Just package your stuff carefully, and ensure your details are correct, and you can't go wrong!

For selling games the website valuation is very straightforward. I was notified by GEX as soon as my package of games had been received and later the same day I was delighted to receive the full payment in my bank account.

I’ve ordered from here several times, specifically for PS2 and PS3 games, and I am consistently impressed. The condition of the items is incredible—they honestly look brand new every time. My only minor critique is the stock levels; I’d love to see a wider selection available because I’d definitely buy more!
