Appalling experience
I ordered a garment on line that did no match the descriptor or quality and tried to return it for a refund.
They told me to keep the garment and offered me $8 refund for a $40 item, that then increased to $15 when I said $8 was unacceptable, and then $27 if I would return the item to Dubai at my cost as shipping costs are high. Appalling experience all round but I doubt they care based on their approach!

It’s a scam!
The clothing quality is complete garbage, they are ugly, unflattering dresses made of poor quality materials that look nothing like the photos or description. It took 1 month and 2 weeks to deliver, and when I tried to return for the $150 refund, they refused and after emailed with customer service for 3 days only offered a $64 compensation and told me to keep the dresses.

I've never ordered from Gevae, but saw a cute sweater and thought I would give them a try. I'm pleased with my purchase. I ordered a size large as I'm 5'4" and a 34dd. It fits great.
