This is my second review for this product/company. Although the transaction went through my bank immediately, the company sent emails to the effect that my order could not be traced. Eventually, a series of msgs begged me to keep the toys. I refused and, last offer, was 70% off to keep them! I have today returned them and I hope . . . . . Never again.

I did get an e-mail each time I did.
I did get an e-mail each time I contacted you. However, after several efforts and several e-mails I still have not received an address or the procedure to return the Wuffys. The other strange things about the Wuffy shipment it contained a round 3" metal disk. So every thing about the delivery was strange from the package looking like it had been re-packaged to no return address to the little doggies just being able to bark and walk about an inch or two and then barking again.

Scam! Completely misrepresented. No AI or robotics, no interactive controls, doesn't look realistic or anything like in the ads. Much smaller, plastic battery compartment, looks like a really cheap Chinese dollar store item. On or off is the only control. No leash, remote or manual included!

False advertising
False advertising. Wuffy does not sit, does not respond to touch or voice commands. It looks and feels like a dollar store toy, hardly worth $5. No AI interactions at all. The bark sound is high-pitched, repeats continuously. And the website claims batteries are provided. They were not.
And I did purchase through the official Wuffy website.

The phone call was alright but,the little doggie only walked a couple of steps and barked. That was it!!!!!!! She should of been able to take it right out the box and use it, it was inclined by what I saw in the video. That the dog would follow you around, be able to sit on command, all the dogs do it walk and bark .I had to put batteries in also.

Like so many others I bought Wuffy AI…
Like so many others I bought Wuffy AI puppy for my 6yr old granddaughter. She was very excited waiting for the puppy to arrive. When we opened the box and realized it wasn't what it was supposed to be, she said this isn't right! It doesn't do any of those things on the add. A 6yr old had experienced her first scam.
