The customer service was very helpful. I really wish these puppies did more than stand and bark. Otherwise I would not have purchased 4.

Only just placed order so can't really give an exact experience. Bit too many " add on's"

The Wuffy Dog I received this weekend (April 2026) was not up to expectation and not as detailed in adverts. It is in no way interactive - at all, it just squeaks, moves around in circles and does nothing else. It is not much larger than a coffee mug (unlike the pictures on the adverts), does not look or feel real and it is very badly made. There is no way I would give this to a young child. I could have purchased a better "toy" with the money because this is all this is - a toy. I was extremely disappointed to say the least. Wuffy-Customer Service have been efficient with my complaint so far (apparently they have had a lot of complaints about this particular "version" of the product) and I have been advised that I will be receiving a refund but only time will tell.

I absolutely wish I could get a refund on this $60. I ordered it for my little granddaughter and it was the cheapest piece of crap hard plastic. It don’t respond to anything it’s bark is unrealistic. It was the most cheesiest piece of crap ever. It does not look or act like what they advertise in the video so don’t spend your money. My money comes hard and I spent 60 bucks on something that is awful.

I called because I want to return my Wuffy product. It never worked!
Please tell me how to do that.

Wuffy was disappointing. It only worked for about 3-5 min. Was to be a gift. Much smaller than expected. Definitely not a learning AI fake puppy. Toy only and disappointing

DO NOT BUY!!!! I ordered by mistake and cancelled within 4 hours. Cancellation was not accepted (website states 12 hours!) Once the package was received my attempts to return it were blocked with numerous emails from customer service with never a return address being given. I doubt I will ever see my money again! It is order#1141BCA0C4

After asking them wether their dog was as you see it advertised, they reassured me that it was. They were very helpful

I didn't like that it took so long with no correspondence, I had to keep Emailing them, to me it is false advertising , you can get wee dogs with batteries anywhere,.
This was meant to be realistic, it was not and the package was damaged.

This customer service team is incredible. I had a problem, called the number on the card and talked to a lovely customer service lady. We came to a solution and I’m so very pleased. Thank you WUFFY team. This is top notch service!!

I want to know why you sent me the wrong puppy that isn't a ROBOT. What kind of company are you? Apparently, this is what you have been deliberately doing this to other people. I have researched and found that people are saying you are a scam and I do believe it. I will do whatever I can do legally to expose your actions.

Easy customer service

Customer service rep was friendly. Hopefully she will follow through with the return instructions.

If I could leave a negative star, I would. All it does is constantly make this weird barking sound and walks a few inches before tipping over while still barking. If someone gave this to one of my kids as a gift I would want to punch them. Definitely false advertising- not even close to actual product. I don’t see how there is even one good review on this, total scam artists.
