Weave customer for 8 years

I have been a Weave customer for 8 years and I've been satisfied with the services offered. Platforms are easy to navigate, that is the mobile app and computer portal. The staff members are polite and helpful at trade meetings. I have only had one issue that wasn't corrected in a timely manner. The customer service individuals were not able to resolve the issue, after calling on 2-3 different occasions for the same issue, which was frustrating. I finally got in contact with someone with higher clearance/knowledge of the issue, which is now being addressed. Other than that, I am very pleased with my investment in this company.

WEAVE - Best Decision Ever!!!

We’ve had a great experience using Weave in our dental office. It has streamlined appointment confirmations, reduced no-shows, and made patient communication much easier with convenient two-way texting. The integrated credit card processing is also a big plus, simplifying payments for both our team and patients. Overall, Weave has become an essential tool in our office. It’s user-friendly, reliable, and has helped us deliver a more modern, efficient, and patient-focused experience. We highly recommend it to any dental practice looking to improve communication, reduce missed appointments, and streamline payments.

Life Saver

Weave has been an absolute lifesaver for Dogwood Dental. As a hygienist and office manager, I’m constantly bouncing between patient care, front desk needs, and a million things happening at once and Weave has made communication so much easier and more organized.

Being able to text patients, confirm appointments, respond quickly, and keep everything in one place has been a game changer. The mobile access is HUGE too, I can handle communication on the go without feeling like I’m tied to the office computer all day.

It’s helped our team stay on the same page, reduced missed calls, and made our patient communication way more efficient and professional. Honestly one of the best tools we’ve invested in.

Highly recommend for any dental office that wants smoother scheduling and better patient communication.

Moving in the right direction

I am writing to provide feedback on my experience with your platform. While I appreciate that Weave is moving in the right direction and making great innovations, I have a few concerns regarding customer service and the user interface.
At times, I feel that customer service is not always helpful, and it seems like some representatives may not be fully trained. Additionally, I find the messaging system on the Weave Portal difficult to navigate. The previous desktop version was much easier to follow and had a cleaner layout.
I hope you find this feedback useful as you continue to improve the platform.

Weave is user friendly

Weave is user friendly. I love the fact that if you need to issue a refund you can compare client information, rather than just transaction ID (some companies do not offer this feature and if you have multiple entries that are identical in the amount processed then you have to locate the physical receipt to compare, or risk issuing refund on the wrong card). If there is an issue Weave Support is good about getting it resolved.

Gamechanger for my practice.

Weave has been a game changer for my physical therapy practice. The missed call text feature helps us not lose any leads and the program helps our inter-office communication be more consistent so things don't fall through the cracks. I couldn't recommend enough!!
