Forces you to book on vuelo app, klarna is better…
The only useful feature is one time card which is no longer available for me.
Booking using vuelo is
1. 30-50£ expensive than direct airlines/third party sites
2. Almost all bookings are shown without luggage and there is no option to add one.
3. Just few airline options.
Vuelo please keep one time card option available to new and existing customers and don’t force them to book on your own app only. In my case the airlines i take isn’t available on your app and the one which is available is much cheaper to book on other bookings apps than vuelo.

It was a quick and easy application…
It was a quick and easy application process with an initial deposit taken quickly and efficiently. The repayments were all set out before the application was authorised and I was able to choose a repayment plan suitable for my budget.
I began with a reasonably small credit limit and was able to easily use the one time card to book through Booking Dot Com.

What a pity
What a pity - bought the first card. Travel company could not use it - don't use virtual cards. Vuelo kindly refunded my deposit after my last bad review and asked me to remove the review. I did that.
Then I foolishly bought another card from them and again, a different travel agent was not able to use the card.
I have now asked for a refund of my second deposit and I've been told that they can't as I've made a purchase!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The whole reason to ask to cancel the account and get a refund as it's more trouble than it's worth - I now await their response as it seems the only time you get anywhere is with a bad review :(
