The returns process is dreadful. First trying to charge a 're-stocking' fee (not legal in the UK). Second, very slow to process a refund having 'lost' my returned item in their warehouse.

The products from vital plus have been amazing. I have an infrared sauna and an ice bath with the chiller unit. Recently my chiller unit has experienced some issues. I contacted customer support regarding warranty and they were able to supply me with a brand-new chiller unit and upgraded version in fact and I’m very grateful of the outcome. The customer service was professional. They helped me make an informed decision regarding a repair for my unit or upgrading to a new one with a small cost. The knowledge of the products and their customer service has been brilliant.

We recently purchased the Vital+ cold plunge and X2 Chiller. With a family of 5, it was heavily used in the first month. However, we did get an E2 error warning.
I reached out to Vital+ customer support with the E2 error. They were quick to respond with steps and a link to a video to guide me through the remedy.
My chiller was back online in about an hour of clearing the water lines and cleaning the water filter. So far it is running as it should, but now I'm aware of the maintenance required to maintain a cold plunge and chiller.

Our cold plunge tub had a slow leak. Customer service responded so quickly with all kinds of helpful solutions.
After failed fixes, they sent us a new tub. We did not have to return the old tub either! Excellent customer service! The new tub is perfect!

8 months in to my fantastic ice bath and chiller being used every day! A problem occurred with the chiller. I emailed them and they kept chasing me for more information as they wanted to get it sorted. Eventually I sent a few videos in the space of 24 hours they realised there maybe a fault in the chiller. Didnt argue or try to pass blame. Accepted the fault and 2 days later a brand new chiller was delivered. I honestly am gobsmacked as to

We are thrilled with our cold plunge!
The product is safe, easy to setup and perfect for all heights. My husband is 6' and I'm close to 5' but we both find it easy to get in and out of the cold plunge. The lid is very secure and I feel safe having children near the cold plunge with the secure clips. The chiller is fantastic and works like a dream.
Customer service was excellent and extremely helpful. Highly recommend!

I enquired about a replacement lid to the support email and got an aost isntant reply from their AI support, that was actually pretty helpful. The AI response sent me a link to where i ordered the replacement lid and answered other questions like also being able to purchase a replace "tent" for my steam sauna.
Overall Vital + has been a great company. I purchased the Chiller max and pro tube. All the issues I had were resolved and the support team were great. It’s been over a month and the water is still crystal clear.

My chiller stopped cooling after about 11.5 months of use (around four times a week), so I reached out to Vital+. After a quick back-and-forth to diagnose the issue, they confirmed it was still under warranty and arranged a replacement straight away.
They actually upgraded me to their new X2 chiller, and I only had to cover shipping and handling, which I thought was very fair.
The whole experience was easy, quick, and efficient. Communication was clear, and they made what could have been a frustrating situation completely stress-free.
On top of that, the product itself is awesome — I absolutely love my ice bath. It’s been a pleasure dealing with the Vital+ team, and I’m very happy with how they handled everything. Highly recommend

Bought the Ice Bath Pro/Ultra X2 Combo and I couldn’t be happier. This combo is substantially less expensive than comparable models on the market, and it gets the job done. Setup was a snap, the Pro is very well made of high quality material, and the X2 is working flawlessly.

I bought my cold plunge unit one year ago when I decided I wanted to build a new fitness room. My fitness room was complete three weeks ago so I set up my cold plunge. After 10 days of running on and off my pump motor quit running. I contacted the company about purchasing a replacement and they said since the product failed they would replace it for no cost. The communication back-and-forth was absolutely awesome. Would highly recommend this company to anyone
