Scam company - should be shut down and owners prosecuted

This company is crooked - they fish hooked me on a perpetual subscription, I sent multiple emails to cancel this and they did nothing. I have spent hundreds of dollars and have a lifetime supply of low grade product that has no benefit. Companies like these need to be shut down and the owners prosecuted. Complete scam.

I was concerned with the recurring…

I was concerned with the recurring payment necessary after buying one item only. After emailing Uvora and reaching Emily my difficulty was dealt with quickly, efficiently and more important in a very pleasant manner.
I will post a review after trying the product for a month.

Unknowingly signed up for auto delivery…

Unknowingly signed up for auto delivery and upon realising when charged for a delivery contacted via email and it was immediately cancelled and refunded.

Not tried the product yet

Not tried the product yet, placed the order 11days ago & arrived today, wasnt aware of the auto-enrolment plan until I started reading the reviews, emailed support & requested to be taken off the plan, which was actioned straight away by Morgan with no fuss or hassle. Great customer service. If the Milk Thistle works for me, I will sign up to the monthly plan!

Was happy with the product

Was happy with the product. Unfortunately if you click a discount box, you can't unclick it, and it subscribes you i guess. They were good and cancelled the subscription for me though.

After 1 purchase they send other not iedereen products and take the money from my visa card. I sent them mails but lo answer.
Where can I lake this public not to trust them. In meanwhile I asked for another visa card.

I found the right person to chat to…

I found the right person to chat to quickly and got the issue sorted but as per a lot of things you start subscribing without even knowing it, there should be clarity on why you’re doing game I believe they do this hoping you’ll get frustrated and leave the subscription but of course you can contact your bank and stop future payments which is exactly what I did with another company who did the same thing, MAKE IT CLEAR TO PEOPLE- thanks

Beware of automatic subscription

I didn’t like the fact I had signed upto a subscription without being aware but I managed to contact the company and they cancelled it at my request. As for the product I’m not sure it improved liver issues, I think a much cheaper option of milk thistle works just as well.

Absolutely terrible company

Absolutely terrible company. Sign you up to a monthly subscription and then not allow you to cancel. Constantly telling me the subscription is cancelled only to take out again the next month. Promises of returning the money never happens. Do not recommend at all, it's not how you operate a business but frankly I don't think they care.

The product is for sure for me

The product is for sure for me , the first couple days I already started feeling the difference I regularity started after normal didn't feel bloated besides I always needed something for my liver but then alcoholic a liver count was very high and I know this would do the remedy! I had an issue with my subscription but…

I had an issue with my subscription but I emailed customer service and less than 24 hours I had a resolution. They quickly ended my subscription and issued a refund immediately. I was very impressed with how quickly they resolved my issues.
