Impossible return service!
The Tenikle products can be ordered from two different websites. Trying to return one order from Adam Kaspwerski at Tenikle LLC, hello@tenikle, 120 5th St Peru,ill 61354. The website in my bank statement is Gettenikle.io. When I contacted the owners of this website,
my order number is not recognized and I am sure I have this right--it is printed on the packaging label.
I have tried to go through Tenikle website and have had no satisfactory response, just repeatedly promised to answer my email, but have not done so.
I am asking to return the three devices and for my trouble a shipping label. Of course I want a refund for the purchase price.
I have my bank's documentation of this purchase.
Hoping for a response from my email to the company and perhaps to this review. Hate to give a bad review for a product I like, but the return service is terrible. (The reason I am returning this order is that I ordered two different times (and that was another problem because I thought one order did not go through.)). I only needed three of the devices but I received six, three from each of the two website ordering types.)
