I guess we're all getting screwed by them. I have a set of 90day old Beats Powerbeats Pro quit working correctly. Had to get a $325 hold in my bank account in order to get replacement. When I got the individual pieces (yes all sent separately) the case wouldn't hold a charge, the right bud just played the low battery tone and the left bud wouldn't work at all. Wouldn't even take a charge much less hold one. This time I took them to the store where the verified they were junk and sent home empty handed as they sent mine off and no loaner or even a product in store. Finally get another set ant they as well are useless. The right bud has no sound. After hours spent on the phone, sitting on a box in the store(what is it? A barn?), and then more on the chat and phone being hung up on repeatedly as they want to try replacement a third time in which I refused as they keep getting worse. Now I am simply stuck out $200+ and got a set of junk buds and a year of apple plus which I also had to pay for and yet is absolutely useless as well.
Support experience turned into billing
At first, contacting customer support seemed safe. I was redirected to nebula, who promised to clear up the situation with my missing horoscope. Instead, I was charged for an email response marked processing fee. The response was unhelpful, just a general statement. Every attempt to get a solution resulted in more small charges. it fell like customer support itself had become a trap
Nebula support turned into a billing loop
I contacted support thinking it would help close my account. The first reply looked like a copy-paste template. The second came with an invoice for a 'manual review'. I never agreed to pay for answers, but Nebula still charged me. Every follow-up message seemed to risk another withdrawal. Instead of support, I got drained
Support led to another charge
I used nebula's email expecting fix. Instead they added a 29 dollars processing fee after my email. No solution came with it
Support became another charge
I contacted Nebula App about a renewal issue. Instead of a normal reply, my card showed a new debit almost immediately. The charge was described as a “review fee,” yet no answer to my question ever came. Because the billing wasn’t processed through Apple, there was no way to dispute it properly. Reaching out for help should not result in extra charges, but with Nebula it seems every interaction risks another withdrawal.
Cancelled but still billed
I cancelled Nebula in-app, even got confirmation, yet a new charge appeared days later. Support only replied with generic messages about “processing requests” while my card kept being billed.
Confused and charged again
The getsupport flow felt safe until it linked to Nebula. I paid once, then a week later saw another withdrawal. My email request for help triggered a second charge
Nebula "help" wasn't free
I expected support to guide me through a billing issue. Instead the "free" app witch called nebula treated my question as a paid service and billed me again before answering
Unauthorized double billing
I paid for a single horoscope in Nebula, but the app stayed locked. When I emailed asking why, they said my case needed “manual validation” and instantly billed another $50 before even replying.
Nebula support escalated to a paid ticket
Followed the getsupport flow and wrote their team about a missing report. The reply said my case required a 'manual review' and Nebula added a $39 fee before answering. Still no report delivered
Support reply cost me extra
Wrote to ask about charges appeared twice. Nebula responded wit ha $35 support fee added automatically. I still got no clarification
Money grab
Have you ever wondered why nebula supposedly offers free annual subscriptions? I did, so I tried it - got an unauthorized charge for a subscription that vanished into thin air, replaced by glitches. reached out to the website's contact from to get justice, but sending it resulted in a fifty $ fee out of nowhere
Fraudulent pull
Last weekend, I launched nebula for a weekend vibe check, but halfway through setup, it pulled ten bucks from my bank without approval step
Nebula's sneaky fees, support piles on
Grabbed nebula for a casual birth chart peek, figuring it was free. But it dinged my card without a heads-up, and the chart? Never showed, total bust. Messaged their support by email to get my cash back, and they whacked me with a 50 dollars 'service charge' right away. No way I'm touching their app
Profile input triggers unwanted billing
Entered my zodiac details in Nebula, expecting basic free access, but it silently billed me for advanced tools that failed to load - complete blank. Emailed Nebula's support mail for reversal, and they tacked on a 50 dollars consult fee instantly. This double whammy is infuriating
Cancelling a subscription costs money
Is it even possible that asking to cancel a subscription in the nebula app that I didn't agree to would cost money?
Email to support led to more losses
Downloaded nebula thinking it'd be a free horoscope tool, but out of nowhere, it pulled money from my account without my go-ahead or any service in return. Frustrated, I emailed their support team for a refund, only to get hit with an automatic 50 dollars charge just for processing the inquiry. What kind of system is this?
Psychic clarity promises end in secure transaction bypass
Nebula seemed ideal for gaining psychic clarity during tough times, based in its app description. But it mandates payments through their website, contravening appstore polices on secure transactions. I paid aticipating professional guidance and readings, but the app remained void of any features or advice. Random withdrawals began from my account, with no services provided in return
Moon phase alerts turn into hidden charges nightmare
As a working parent, I downloaded Nebula hoping for moon phase alerts to align with my family's schedule and reduce stress. The app redirects all payments to their external site, which violates store guidelines by avoiding in-app billing protections. After completing the payment last weekend, the app offered nothing. No calendars, energy levels or emotional insights as advertised. Unauthorized charges then appeared on my statement, small amounts like 10 or 15 dollars adding up quickly. I reached out to their support via the website to resolve this, but instead, they charged an extra 50 dollars without any response or justification
