cancellation is too long. please stop billing me for the account membership and please delete my credit card account immediately.

I attempted to buy a Lidl mystery box from a Facebook advert - I know now that it wasn't a genuine Lidl advert.
By providing my contact details and payment details I now find myself signed up to a subscription for something that I have no information on!
Buyer beware!

I was led to believe that I am completing a form to be entered in a raffle or to win Chicco products for my baby as this was advertised on my FB wall, but instead my account got charged by the website getsportstime.com and I received an email informing me about some kind of a membership. I contacted their customer support team shortly after and the response I received was multiple generic emails coming from different names/people or possibly bots. After receiving confirmation about the membership cancellation I was charged again and some kind of a top up was added on my account. I spent another hour trying to sort out the issue. Avoid this website and cooltechvip.com as they are the same company with the same address in Cyprus. I'm not sure how legit they are, but I would never buy anything from their websites following the experience I had.

Update: December 2024 (7 months later)
The past couple of days, I got several SMS and emails from this company who wants me to delete this review to that I could be refunded. I can see that I'm not the only one who received emails with the same content. I never received the refund I was promised.
