Scammers,I did purchase them"express service (4to6 hrs)" two days ago,not replying on my messages until today, once I said I'm reporting this scamming website to Irish Medical Council. Today they try to blame me for not uploading ID proof, of course I did it.I was checking my emails every hour and until today there was nothing about alleged ID problem, the only email they sended to me it was the one saying that there is ORDER DELAY,
There is many other real doctors online, Get Health Care are not the one.Please avoid Get Health Care if you don't won't to lose your money and time.

I paid for a certificate for back pain…
I paid for a certificate for back pain and received a cert with the wrong dates on it. When I emailed customer service to try and get the dates fixed they were no help at all. I was told that I was the one at fault and they couldn’t offer me a refund nor could they amend the dates unless I paid for another consultation. Avoid at all costs

I have a bad flu / chest and unable to access GP in my area, received what I needed within the quoted 24 hour window even on a Sunday. Needed cert for my employer, used their WhatsApp service and got prompt reply, really helpful!

Worked great, cheaper than my GP, I had COVID and needed a cert for work, only issue was I had paid for 24 hours turn around it was a bit late, but other than that it was a simple experience.

Scam .. Beware
Don’t waste your money on these people. I received a sick cert from them that looked like it had been created by a child. When I complained, they told me that this was the standard cert. When I threatened to make a complaint to the Irish Medical Council, they issued me a proper cert, stating that they were doing me a favour. The reference numbers on both certs were completely different, even though they should have been exactly the same, considering the second cert was supposedly a redraft of the first. There is a scam going on here. Stay away!

Do not use this service IT IS A SCAM. I have been waiting for more than 24 hours for a certificate when I contracted the express service that in theory they give it to you in 4 hours. I paid 40 euros and now I have to hire another service because here on this site no one wants to do their job. If you want to fight with them and spend a whole afternoon sending mails without getting an answer, this is your site.

Certificates with no validity and unresponsive customer service.
1 month ago, we applied for a certificate for my girlfriend. The certificate they sent was not accepted by the school, the workplace, or any other institutions. When we informed them about the issue, they said they would look into it. However, a month has passed, and we have received no response or solution. When I followed up, they told me they could not collaborate with my school.
If your certificates are not valid, do not offer them to people. It’s a complete waste of money. None of the three institutions I sent it to accepted it. While it’s not fake, it has no validity.

If your employer or institution has chosen not to accept the certificate, we suggest addressing this matter directly with them. It is common for some employers to partner with specific clinics or service providers for mutual benefits, leading them to enforce the use of their preferred providers. This does not mean that certificates from other reputable and professional services, such as ours, are invalid. In fact, our certificates are fully legitimate and meet professional standards.
We also must emphasize that requesting a refund after receiving a professional service is neither logical nor fair. The doctor’s professional opinion, based on their assessment, remains the service provided, irrespective of third-party acceptance.

The service is terrible
The service is terrible. I requested a service that was supposed to take 48 hours, according to the payment terms, but it took much longer. Even though all the necessary information was provided upfront, they proved to be completely inefficient and failed to deliver quality service. Moreover, the only way to communicate is via email, as their WhatsApp only has an automated message redirecting you to email. It’s frustrating to have to keep writing to get a response. Awful service, I do not recommend it at all.
