Never Shipped + Terrible Customer Service

I like the products, but they didn't ship them for over a month and I had to reach out to learn they were on backorder. I placed an order late July and half of the order still hasn't shipped. The other half shipped but ended up in another state? Told them to cancel and refund - I'm done!

UPDATE 9/22: After I emailed them to cancel, they ignored my wishes and told me they already went ahead and resent the order to me. Surprise! I never received the majority of it, they never responded to my next email and I had to file a chargeback.
