Customer No Service

I’ve inquired on several Redgefit platforms on how to track using the app. That would include customer service email, the app itself, TikTok (where I first learned about RedgeFit) and Twitter. Several messages from others in the app go unanswered as well.
My band broke on second use & the customer service agent basically told me that I was using it wrong and it was out of warranty. I received it on May 25th and sent them the email on June 17th. Within the 30 day period. Finally they sent a new band.
I am on a weight loss journey and really wanted to use the app as part of logging my workouts to chronicle my journey. If it’s not going to work then just tell me and I’ll use another app or find another piece of equipment. It shouldn’t be that hard to give instructions.

I was very excited to get a full body…

Huge disappointment. Not durable…bands snap

I purchased two of the Redgefit Portable gym machines (that these bands are used for) for my wife and I to travel with in Europe. Since our travel did not begin,and thus I did not use the machine, until after the 30 day warranty expired this company has been unwilling to send me any replacement bands or refund my purchases. I have used these bands for 3 workouts and have had 5 bands snap/break. They are not durable at all.

I am incredibly disappointed with the product durability and customer service support.

Easy to adapt and makes working out…

Easy to adapt and makes working out more frequent
As someone who works long hours from home, having this set makes my working out more frequent. With the guide, I can do all sets just as in gym. It is easy to adapt to and use.

Overall I love the system

Overall I love the system, I feel like maybe I went a little hard in the first month and ended up breaking the bands, I reached out to customer support and they were right on it. It’s a great system especially for the cost..very convenient for when I’m not wanting to travel to the gym especially after a long hard day at work.

Product is very good and versatile

The shipping took a while but there has been NO sign of wear on the equipment. It takes some time to get used to the configuration and how to set up the exercises best for you, but once you do, You can keep a good pace for a cardio-strengthening or muscle building.

Would not recommend …

Would not recommend took over a month and a half to receive the item. When i reached out to the customer service team i was getting the run around for weeks. Per the website on the date of purchased it was marketed as 2 day shipping. Im in full alignment of supply chain issues now, but the fulfilment center was 35 mins away from my delivery address. Bad experience all around would not purchase from this company again.

Just be honest

I gave three stars, I don’t have a redge fit home gym system. Here’s why though. I was just about to buy one, till I read all the reviews. Seems to me it’s probably actually a good product, when and if you ever actually get it. So to the company I would recommend get your act together on the shipping. Do what you say. If it’s going to take a month, just tell people it will take a month. Quit with the three days shipping and “quality check” delay lies. Till then, I’m going to pass.

Poor Poor Poor

Please please !!! Now I have an update according to you (Redge ) that it was delivered when the package still showing is at KS when is pretty far from Florida. You should be upfront with your customers and let them decided whether or not wait or not.
There was many options to choose from.Now lying saying it was delivered not business wise.
First and last and we will see when this item will

We tracked your shipment and it is currently in transit to your home address as of 5/24/2023.

The tracking number is repeatedly updated every 24 hours until the final delivery of the package. It may so happen that there are delays in picking up the package for delivery by the courier or maybe it has been picked up but has not yet been scanned by the driver.

Delays are generally not the norm with shipping carriers, however, certain conditions like bad weather, address mismatch, customs clearance, the business closed or any other unforeseen conditions are beyond control and may cause shipping carriers' shipments to get delayed.

We are asking for a little more patience. In the event that the item was lost in transit, we will issue you a re-shipment of your order or a full refund.

Ordered on accident

Ordered on accident, canceled right after, 7 hours go by and they ship anyways and charge me. Tell me I can refuse the package when it gets here. Very poor customer service. Don’t call the number only way to get ahold is by email which isn’t very urge to them.

Frauds

These people are terrible people to deal with, I ordered the Redgefit gym on April 10th and weeks went by and no tracking info so I contacted to ask why but got no response. I then received the workout mat but no gym so when I ask what was going on they emailed and said it was out of stock, then why did it let me order it in the first place. Then weeks later I was told it was going through quality checks and that is bull the item goes through quality checks when it is manufactured not after a customer buys it. All this time I was communicating with a person named Maddie and told her several times because you people has been screwing me around for over a month now I do not want it I bought one from Amazon and got it in 3 days and filed a dispute with my credit card company. As weeks went on they kept emailed me saying this and that then this morning their email said item was delivered and I went freakin ballistic. I called my credit card company and they also screwed up and paid them after I filed a dispute and they sent me a letter saying it was resolved. I tried t get a label to send the workout mat back and even sent me a label i couldn't even use. DO NOT but from this company they are so screwed up and very poor business people now I have to speak to my Attorney to see if I can sue these people

3 day shipping?! More like 30 days!

They advertise 3 day shipping. It’s more like 30 day shipping. I ordered on April 19th and today is May 13th. Got an email two days ago saying it’s in the “shipping que”. If I ever do actually receive it I hope it’s worth it.

Another review regarding shipping

Another review regarding shipping. Ordered April 16th. It is now May 10th and the shipment has not left the facility. Best part is the shipping label was created 2 days ago, and sent an email saying it's been shipped. It hasn't shipped, it's misleading.
I would really hope that this product is worth the wait, but so far the company is not reinforcing buyers' confidence. Instead I am kind of regretting my decision, again I am hoping this product quality will change my opinion.

I am involved in shipping and supply chains from Areas in Asia, Europe and other regions of the world in my career. I am well rehearsed on how long things can be waiting in ports, customs, etc.. This is why I am so disappointed that the company is not being very transparent if there are supply chain issues, shortage of labor, logistical issues, some reason why it's not here yet.
The shipping label created 2 days ago yet not shipped gives me an inclination that some negligence has occurred.
Hope I can get the product soon!

I made my order on April 17 of this…

I made my order on April 17 of this year, and it had that FREE 3 day shipping. Well, now it's May 9th and it's been in shipping queue since last week. It's closing in on a month now, and I'm beginning to think I'll never receive my order from them. Personally, if I were to do it over again, I wouldn't. I was looking forward to trying this out, but as another day goes by, I'm feeling less and less confident and inspired.

This company goes above and beyond

This company goes above and beyond. The product itself is perfect in every way. Easy to manage and maneuver and take on the go. I use mine whenever I travel and it really works. I've been using mine for about a month now and I can see the difference. Great product!!
