Ordered my bra on MAY 5TH, it has now been over a month and they are completely ignoring my emails, DHL has NO idea where the package could be now as they got it to customs, and that is where their involvement ends. Advertised 7-10 days to ship- obviously that was a lie. Was also charged a ridiculous exchange rate- paid $20 CAD when the bra was supposed to be $10 USD. I wish I read these reviews prior to ordering.

The oder says its shipped out within an hour of ordering. You oder from a US site in US funds. After a few days you will get a tracking number which I think is fake... It will say that it's coming from china...then eventually it might come to your country and then it just disappears... when you call the shipping company they say there's no such thing as your tracking number. DON'T BUY FROM THEM !! SCAM SCAM SCAM !! how is this company and websites still up. FRAUD !

I ordered my bra TWO months ago, still couldnt get it. They took my money and they didn't answer my emails!!! Anyone knows how to report them or get my money back? Helppp!

I should have looked for their reviews before purchasing.. It's a complete scam.. Never received their products!! Even their website couldn't be reached now.. Is there a way to report them at all??? So many people paid and didn't receive their order. The company must have earned a fortune for zero cost..

I promise you now that they'll send you a "purchase confirmation number" email, will charge you, and then never follow up to send the product and just keep your money. Literally just happened to me, and they never replied to my emails or anything. Thankfully I called my card company and they disputed the charges after I told them I was scammed by this company. Please save yourselves the time I wish I did.

I was close to posting a bad review but decided to wait a few more days. I ordered a strapless bra on sale for $10. I was getting impatient as the order confirmation said I would receive it within 7-10 days. On the third week I emailed their customer service since the shipping code link wouldn't work. I got a generic message which I responded demanding a link to the tracking number. I got a new tracking number which said the package arrived to the country. On the 4th week I finally got my bra! It was what I was expecting for 10 bucks and does the job. So be patient the package is actually ships all the way from China. If they would've said that when ordering I would have been more patient.

Ordered 3 items only received one, placed my order 3 months ago now! Sent lots of emails with only 1 response saying the rest has been sent but haven't received anything! Do not purchase from this company!

I have attempted to contact this company several times, I did not receive any form of communication in regards to my questions or concerns. On the website, the "contact us" URL leads to a blank page which looks like a Q&A, not instructions to the customer(s) in which to provide additional information.
I am very disappointed with my product. I am a DD cup and the bra does not provide any support for a woman with natural breasts that are not at a natural lift. I have seen many videos and statements stating the 'lift' and 'cleavage'; I did not receive the lift nor do I need cleavage seeing as how I have a DD. There is no one to speak to, no returns allowed, and no refunds given by this company. Once your product arrives in the USA from China, you are no longer able to track your package.
I wouldn't order this product, but if you decide to, good luck to you.

Sent sooo many emails about my bra, no answer, no bra, no money back. SCAM!!!!

This is an awful company and product!!
I ordered 2 bra's only received one, been told 3 times the second one has been dispatched and still haven't received it, my order was placed in January.
I have asked for a refund and my emails are constantly ignored or I get an automatic reply.
They have also changed their company name!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, you will be disappointed or ripped off.

Ok, the bra was cute and seemed like it would be comfortable but a total waste of money. You can't wear it for more than 5 minutes if you don't have a shirt that it right in the breast area which defeats the purpose of the bra. I mean you get what you paid for. It doesn't come laced so you have to do that too.the bra seems super sticky until you out it on. As soon as you pull it tight to for the "cleavage" it's supposed to give you it starts pulling off automatically.

Ive received he product fortunatly but not the best waist trainer i've seen
Shipping delay was longer 2 weeks

Purchased two bras around two weeks ago. Still haven't received. WHY HASN'T ANYONE ALREADY REPORTED THEM TO THE AUSTRALIAN COMPETITION AND CONSUMER COMMISSION????

horrible do NOT buy from this company. they have not refunded me or shipped me the items i ordered. i am going to report them to the athorities and get them shut down if they don't answer my emails.
