Deserves no stars. Customer service is the worst. I don’t believe this is a company. I received the ropes. Not weighted. Wanted to return. Sent 8 emails. No one replies. I’m stuck with them. Reading other reviews I think maybe I’ve been scammed. You cannot trust this site. Maybe they might return my email now after this review. I sort of doubt it

I got this product after months of waiting. It wasn’t weighted, all the instructions in Chinese, despite them saying the product is made in turkey.After them initially responding to my email, and offering a 60% discount, it now hasn’t happened and the contact email is now no longer available on the server. DONT BUYTHUS PRODUCT ITS AWFUL.
Bought a ropeless skipping rope and ordered on 10th Dec, still nothing! Their info email address just bounces back. It’s a total scam!

It’s a complete shamble and be vary from websites like this , they charge you extra for a quick delivery and take up to 7-10 days & when you receive the product it’s missing the key components I.e the rope !!!
Very happy with my purchase. Delivery took a little while but it was worth the wait!
I got my advent calender puzzle 20 days later than promised. The puzzle is also not clear, the image is hazy, you can see that the enlarging of the image went wrong. Also, they only have 1 item in their shop?!?
