Traditional banks couldn’t underwrite our business because they don’t look at Shopify revenue, which put us in a really tough spot during a critical growth phase. Lucien and the whole team at Parker are awesome! They’re always very responsive and able to turn around credit reviews quickly so that we can increase our total availability. We’re a fast-scaling CPG brand and mainly use Parker for our working capital strategy on paid ads (Meta, Google, etc).

A good example: this Black Friday period, we noticed our campaigns were firing on all cylinders, so our team kept scaling spend by over 2x what was budgeted. We weren’t planning for this unexpected growth, so we were coming up on our total credit limit. I texted Lucien to see if we could get our credit increased for a 48-hour period (on Saturday night at 8pm EST by the way), because I already had payments pending in the platform . He immediately responded and got his team to help us out, which immediately opened up another 30% in budget and allowed us to reach more customers and convert more orders, netting in ~$175k of revenue that we wouldn’t have been able to unlock without them!

Been recommending Parker to dozens of high spending clients. The team is great to work and imo a much better option than Amex where you get better terms, features like bill-pay, approvals, and actually have a dedicated account rep instead of dealing with an overseas VA that as you know are usually useless.
