Wanted to change a few things on The order but it was too late. But I guess your processing times were really rapid.
Other than that the phone is great, battery life could be a bit more.. but it could also be because I used to have a phone that has more battery life.

Before ordering a phone, I used the chat to discuss some concerns I had re. transfer of data from my old phone to a new one, connecting the new phone to my service provider, etc. All my questions were answered in a courteous and helpful manner. Dirty phone
I purchased an older model iPhone from Get Orchard about 2 weeks ago. I was so excited to receive it (a little under a week later). Sadly when I opened the box the phone was visibly dirty and had decent wear on the sides for a ‘like new’ phone. When I emailed, they replied relatively quickly (within a few days and even then apologized for the ‘delayed response’ - honestly still one of the faster response times I’ve experienced!). They offered me a small sum for cleaning the phone myself, and apologized for the oversight, they didn’t mention my concerns of more significant wear than expected. I would end up pointing that out in a later email, to which they noted wear along buttons and sides is normal. I do understand that, just slightly more than I would want with a ‘like new’ phone at this price point. There appear to be scratches in the charging port too, which makes me concerned the previous owner tried to clean it with a sharp object. As someone who has had a used phone with that type of damage before, I just wasn’t willing to risk it. Also all of the openings on the phone were packed with dirt and oil. The company claims to do a thorough quality inspection on every phone for functionality. I just didn’t feel comfortable nothing else was missed given the dirtiness so blatantly visible was overlooked. I ended up deciding to return. I will update on how that process goes.

I picked it up in person rather than risk a porch pirating. A bit tricky to find your location but worth it in the end. Good luck with everything.

I haven't started using my new-ish phone yet but this information will be my guide when I get the courage to take the first steps.

I’m very happy with my purchase. The price was reasonable and my purchase arrived quickly. I was kept informed about the progress of my purchase from packaging to delivery.
First experience went awful
First experience:
-Bought a 13 Pro Max by friday.
-They sent a Canada Post tracking number (imagine paying $1K and receiving with Canada Post that is well known for its strikes)
-Waited three days (a whole weekend and Labor Day)
-Got contacted the 4th day (Tuesday) just to know that they only have 128 or 512 (no 256gb that I wanted), so either you choose 128, 512, or your money back (which is a 7-10 days wait for a refund)
Then why not updating your database on the website? I wanted a phone because I needed one and the old was dead. Now here we are with 4-day wait plus a new 7-10days to receive the refund, a real negative outcome.
I will never order from Orchard tbh, such mistakes should not happen.
