I have been investing with them 1 year…

I have been investing with them 1 year ago with 3k AUD . Seem they not paying in good return I request to withdraw all my fund . They responded me and asked me to wait..for 6 months. Now after 6 months I write to them again when they going to pay me all my fund.. they not responding. Send me to their telegram channel but not helping.. in the telegram no one speak English. Now my fund still stuck with them. What a BIG SCAMMER..

Saying that they going to pay but not responding when requested.. very sh.. company

Membership cancellation not payed back

After 6 months with 2k Euro, I did not recieved any compensation. I have requested my memebership cancellation, they accepeted but altought we are out of time, they are not paying me back my money and nobody answers. Really worrying....

Don't worry.

If you have contact with our Support and your cancellation is accepted, everything would go his way.

Currently, the answers times are higher, as there are several account cancelling and this ties up capacities in support.

Please do not open new tickets and be patient. Each ticket will be processed one by one.
Multiple emails will not speed up the process - rather the opposite.

Unfortunately, the masternode market is currently experiencing a difficult phase.

All coins have lost value, which is why the values of the investments have decreased and currently only low returns are possible.

Every investment is always associated with risks and can lead to losses depending on the market situation. You should always be aware of this and you should not invest money that you are not prepared to lose.

Nevertheless, GetNode has a good performance since 2018 - only a few investors, who unfortunately invested at the wrong time, have really incurred losses.
It's now up to you whether you want to quit or wait and see if the masternode market turns around again.

I hope is nothing serious

I started to invest in GetNode in 2020.
In the beginning everything was ok. I started with £1.000 after few months after i saw that my investment is doing well i invested £10.000 and i reinvested all my payments. On August 21 was my last deposit of £1.500. So i have little more than 14.000€ all together invest and reinvest. I saw that my payments are late and asked what is happening. The response was that because of China banned crypto will be some delays. But after that i did not receive any payments. When i ask to terminate my first investment after 1 year the response was that the value of all my investments direct payments and reinvests are under 3000€ . And no explanation on what is happening. I know i have more than 14.000€ investments. Now my payments are very low under 50€ and because the minimum payment is over 50€ i don't receive any money. I hope that soon everything will be ok and the payments will be on time.

I received an email from Trustpilot.com to send more information about my review to Getnode.
Dear Getnode i don't believe that i offended you by saying the truth. I trusted you enough to invest my savings. Money that i worked hard to gather. For me the 14.000€ represents more than a year of savings.

I started out believing in them

I started out believing in them, I thought they were reliable, solid German crypto firm, not like scam companies registered in UK.

However in 2021 second half year I have problem after problem communicating with them and getting reliable service and withdrawals. They just delete any negative messages on their telegram account if critical of them, but never actually think why so many people are angry now.

Backoffice out of control

I'm a customer since July 2019 and the service was ok so far, payouts were made on a timely basis. But as of late, their service is out of control: Not only did payments arrive later than usual, but their whole back-office operation seems in total disarray. The dashboard information, which shows your investment values, changes every week(!), without written notifications. Sometimes the investment values show in BTC, the next day in EUR, then again in BTC, then again in EUR. Also, the historical investment amounts have just been wrongly updated in my account for some reason, and no longer reflect my original investments(!). Getnode Ltd. doesn't seem to have any internal controls, checks and balances in place, otherwise, how could the dashboard logic change so many times, and without any proper communication via email to its customers. As a veteran investor and certified crypto professional, I've tried to make several constructive comments to management on how to improve the situation, but in vein. How would you feel about an investment statement/dashboard, which changes investment currency and value almost every time you log in? To me that's a red flag and I say "Stay away"!

Update 5/7/2021: Thanks Marco! Before I get into your reply, I'd like to clarify a few things:
1. I'm not usually publicly complaining about a company's service, unless the situation gets out of control and I feel the public deserves to know about it, and because - working as a CTO in a large organization - I wouldn't have the time to complain about minor issues. This issue isn't a minor one and I'll explain that further below.
2. I started out in July 2019 with a relatively small stake in the company's investment business, because I first wanted to 'take the temperature' of the business to find out if it's reliable and can be trusted.
3. I have no gripes at all with GetNode's management of the master pool and the master pool's operations. This is purely about GetNode's customer investment service, more precisely its investment dashboard,which looks incompliant, erratic and lacking internal controls.
All issues I'm explaining here were already explained at great length with GetNode's support team but once again, here is the issue I'm struggling with: GetNode provides investment services, that is, manages its customers' capital. As such, I have a reasonable expectation that the investment amounts displayed in my account on the company's investment website/dashboard are accurate, reliable, and consistent. Over the past 4 weeks, I logged into GetNode's investment dashboard several times, and every time I examined my investments, I found that the investment currency and associated investment amounts have changed - 4 times! That means one or a combination of the following: (a) the company plans haven't been properly thought through, hence the many changes made to a live/production environment(!), leaving me puzzled and frustrated (b) poor execution or (c) lack of control. In a sensitive financial environment, planning and controlled release management to live web sites is a must (for starters, ITIL Change Management describes good practices on how to manage changes). If currencies and numbers start flip flopping, customer trust is lost and the company quickly loses its credibility.
I'm a veteran investor and as an investing customer, I do have an expectation to be able to get the following basic information from a dashboard: 1. My initial deposit, my reinvests and my investment history and 2. The market/pool values of these investments. But it seems I can't get any of it because of the constant change in investment currencies and values. Also, what I highlighted before is the fact that there is no proper communication about these changes and how they affect the individual investor. Major changes to the display-logic of investment values must be communicated and explained to each investor, eg. through email.
Last but not least: the dashboard information is still incorrect to this date, despite yesterday's complaint. So you will have to change it for the 5th time:
There are 2 fields in the dashboard: "invested Sum:" and "thereof Reinvest:". Since I deposited an initial amount and had reinvests, the values displayed in these 2 fields can't be same, right? But they are. If I were to invest 1 EUR and had .50 EUR in Reinvests, the field "invested Sum" would show: 1.5 EUR, while "Thereof Reinvest" would show 0.5 EUR.

I am glad you are asking me what my 'real' problem is, because that shows your lack of understanding of how compliant financial service firms are being run. That's like my bank changing my account from EUR to USD without my consensus. When confronting them about it, they go "what's your real problem, we pay you interest".

As you know, and the Support told you more than once, we had different changes in the display of the currency, so that‘s the reason.

Nevertheless you still receive regular payouts.

Terrible customer service

This review covers two aspects of their business, which are quite different.

2. The customer service, unfortunately, is comprehensively inappropriate. I didn't have any issues until about one week ago where a question of mine arose. Being asked simple questions in a nice manner of a topic that I didn't understand much about, isn't too much for any customer service representative, right? All I got back was a defensive, childish and insecure response that quite offended me as a customer. I wish @Florian would've been a bit more understanding and more "polite" in our correspondence without being overly condescending.

UPDATE (to answer the response below):
If you don‘t understand what went wrong in the correspondence between Florian and I, you need to understand the principles of customer service first. I'm sorry to hear that you aren't able to grasp the issue mentioned above.
