I booked the service but had to cancel…

I booked the service but had to cancel immediately still my amount was deducted when I requested they simply asked to use it future..i requested that there is no surety of using in future still they have not reverted..

Guys beware of such non customer centric companies who just simply fool their customers

Definitely recommend

I don't give reviews however, I was so amazed with the product that it moved me to write this. The whole process was so easy, everything from setup to purchase. Everything worked great and my computer is now faster and better operating. I would most definitely recommend this company for anyone looking to update their computer drivers.

Slipped in automatic renewal tech support

While the software works ok, they slip in a automatic renewal tech support fee of $19.95 in their Terms and conditions. I never used or wanted the service. They canceled the service and would not refund the charge for the past month even when I did not use the service

Despite being produced by an otherwise…

Despite being produced by an otherwise legitimate company, Iolo, this program is malware; it is picked up by other antiviruses (except System Mechanic Antivirus, I think!) and it ruined my PC in September 2023. Due to my personal experience, I WOULD NOT recommend trusting this program.

GetMyDrivers Windows Issues & Overcharging

I installed the software & immediately had a Windows error. Their Tech line wasn't able to either phone me or get onto my PC, which meant I spent around 2 weeks back & forth with absolutely no resolution.
On 3rd November 20203 I asked for a refund due to these problems & heard nothing back.
On 22nd December they then have the audacity to charge me for ongoing Tech support...!
Today (28th Dec) I contacted the helpline & guess what, only then did I get it cancelled with the remark, 'I can't get you a refund as it's company policy'.
This is disgraceful behaviour by what appears to be indifferent staff.

It’s a Ripoff with an attitude.

Unsuspecting .I thought this was a company that helped people fix their computer for an affordable price of $19.95 annually .I also had the same problem with the activation code.I would put in the code and it would not activate.And it keeps saying put
in the code again…I also experienced like everyone else complained ,a recurring monthly charge for tech support which I never requested since I am not a norvice with computers. They got me for 2 months unsuspected charges before I realized what was going on .They attached the tech support charge in the fine print,when you sign up.You have to cancel it.
The rep told me if I didn’t cancel it could have cost me up to $240 a year for tech support alone plus my yearly fee.All this for a software program to update your computer drivers.????. So I had to cancel
immediately . And imagine he had the nerve to ask me what was my reason for cancelling…
These reviews all tell the same story of a ripoff by this company.I also was a long time user of System Mechanic from iolo and never had a problem .They need to fix this problem and refund the customer their money.

THESE GUYS ALWAYS SEEM TO KNOW HOW TO FIX

This was a simple problem but not one my limited computer knowledge could solve. I appreciate that the technician quickly resolved but he showed me how I can do it myself in the future. This service has a good value to cost relationship.
