Kirby understood my issue and had me show him the problem I was having with Google Chrome responding slowly. We did the same steps in Edge with no latency. He then went into Google Chrome to have the application update to the latest version. This solved the problem and I learned that unlike Windows updates, you have to manually update the Google chrome updates. Kirby was a great help and was easy to understand and very helpful.

Previous Tech suggested I contact Epson because he was unable to fix the problem.
This Technician unlike the last one who worked on this problem had the issue fixed within a few minutes. He was friendly, courteous and professional. He is an outstanding representative (ambassador) for your company.
