Done and done right

As a non-computer person I was very thankful I had a patient, knowledgeable person who explained what was needed and what he was doing and why throughout the process. He solved the issue and gave me helpful advice for the future.
This is why I need and appreciate the remote tech assistance, and the men and women who provide it, and why I've had MyCleanPc and the other parts of the apps for a long time.

Support in a Jiffy

The support person, Santos Tuason, addressed the issue with confidence. He quickly discovered the reason for the problem, and fixed the issue.

Mhon was very helpful

Mhon explained each step when updating the byepass+. He made sure I understood what he was doing and checked the update to see that it was done correctly.

The Very Best Communication Skills

Google Chrome was running slow and Kirby the tech explained that Google chrome updates have to be done manually which I did not realize - very happy

Kirby understood my issue and had me show him the problem I was having with Google Chrome responding slowly. We did the same steps in Edge with no latency. He then went into Google Chrome to have the application update to the latest version. This solved the problem and I learned that unlike Windows updates, you have to manually update the Google chrome updates. Kirby was a great help and was easy to understand and very helpful.

Erwin knows what he does to help others, and it is great work!

Erwin stayed with me solving problems I had for approximately 2 hours until the work he accomplished successfully got my computer completely fixed for the work ahead for which I need it. He's excellent !

Not all Technicians are the same

Not all Technicians are the same. 10-09-2025

Previous Tech suggested I contact Epson because he was unable to fix the problem.
This Technician unlike the last one who worked on this problem had the issue fixed within a few minutes. He was friendly, courteous and professional. He is an outstanding representative (ambassador) for your company.
