Maple is now charging ridiculous fees

I have used Maple several times and loved it. When I went there today, I would have had to pay them $85 for a service that should be free in BC. They are selling the service for $85 per month which is bad enough. However, since I rarely use that service it would be $85 per visit. That was my only option to continue. I find that beyond shameful. I chose to go elsewhere where the service is free as it should be.

Very disapointed

Very disapointed. I needed an emergency online consultation, bought the nurse practitionner service so I can have my 1 per day consultation. My health card was not being verified. I was told on the website and by their "support" chatbot that my consultation should move forward regardless and the nurse practitionner will manually verify my card but because was denied the ability to have the consultation BECAUSE it was not verifying. I never got the consultation and everntually was timed out because of it. This is a brand new health card I got a few months ago, I have used it before IRL and it has worked. I manually went into my profile, retyped the digits+letters and also uploaded a clear photo. My health card is still unverified. Aditionally it did not give me the option to use my license instead even though originally when asking me about ID i had the option. I literally have never reviewed anything before but I felt so strongly about this I created an account to make a review. Why as a MEDICAL SERVICE am I being denied after paying and being told by YOUR SUPPORT that regardless of the ID thing I should be able to move forward and have it manually verified during the consultation that i am literally being denied.

Great Service

Quick, easily accessible, simple to use. Great care, with excellent knowledge provided re my primary concern. Felt it is a great tool for folks both with and without family doctors. Of course especially without, great tool utilize why waiting for a family doctor.

That said, was grateful to have access even with a family doctor. Felt my concern wasn’t urgent enough to require an ER visit, nor to take an appointment with my family doctor from someone who may need it more.

Was quick, to the point with concern address all within 5 minutes.

Waiting room is still problematic but person was very helpful and gave some good tips.

Other than a waiting room that is not enjoyable as it tries to keep kicking you out and it is not always certain that you were not kicked out, when I got through to the person that helped me, they were very helpful and shared some helpful hints to make my process going forward more enjoyable.

Connection to a doctor was very fast…

Connection to a doctor was very fast and getting a prescription renewed was super simple. Doctor was very friendly too.

Seamless and efficient service!

I had an amazing and seamless experience with the service. Within 30 mins, a nurse practitioner was speaking with me and was very helpful and got me the help I needed and I am very appreciative of the service.

I love the platform

I love the platform. The NP was great to deal with. I don’t think her decision was the best. I needed an antibiotic and I still do need one because my gums are swollen and my vertical is really bad although she did not know at the time that I had vertigo. I feel that is brought on by the infection, but what do I know. My tooth has pain all night from the infection. I feel the quicker I start anabiotic the better. The Advil gives me some relief, but not enough to help with the infection in my gums.

The nurse practitioner was very helpful ...she understood our situation with our autistic son and ordered a prescription...was very pleased with her service!
