Terrific Service!

Willing to work with me to get lab order request redirected to their location when initial request was made to a LabCorp facility before I realized I was not going to be able to drive after my surgery. Willing to reschedule my appointment when it took several days before the lab order was delivered to them. Just very flexible in all initial scheduling of appointment. Once appointment made gave me updates in likely arrival time of the lab tech. The phlebotomist, Aubrey, was professional and kind and answered all my questions about next steps and when/where I might access my lab results. Bottom line - they were pitch perfect for getting labs done at home if you can't drive to a facility. Also took my insurance and accepted payment with my flexible reimbursement account. Everything excellent!!

Great experience for my 90 year old mom!

Breane was so great - she arrived right on time, had everything needed, had read about my mom (patient and a tough blood draw) - was really kind and spoke to my mom in a way that helped de-escalate her (mom is very anxious). She was able to draw many tubes of blood so skillfully - We just loved her and would trusted her anytime to draw blood from mom. Scheduling was easy and uploading labs and reminders all worked great. We will use this again if and when we need labs.

Convenient and worthwhile

Convenient, cost reasonable and good option for older people or anyone with mobility issues. Staying home is better than driving and walking through a large store to get to Labcorp and being on time all while fasting. Tech was proficient and pleasant. Highly recommend

Missing Blood

A nurse came to the house. Arrived on time. Took the blood draw. I waited 5 days and did not receive any results. I tried several times to contact GetLabs but the only way is through an AI chat. They have no customer support number. It has been 2 days and I have not received a response. I assume they lost or failed to deliver the blood. Now I have to seek a refund. Very, very disappointed.

The company responded and asked for 2-3 days to investigate the matter. After 4 days, they still have not identified the location of the blood draw. It's outrageous to see a company lose someone's blood after the patient, 2 doctors, and the entire family needs to see the blood results.

Good experience

Very detailed status on eta so we would know where the staff member was and once here, she made my mother at ease and when a phlebotomist can take blood and not bruise the site of the draw, that’s a great phlebotomist! Thanks

So Unprofessional!

Why are they hiring techs that have pet allergies? I have Persian cats. Monica arrived with no mask on and complaining. She should be working in a clinical setting, not in-house services. She didn’t wash her hands and laid all vials and accessories on table without cleaning or putting on a sanity pad. I had to get a paper towel. Her phone rang, and answered her phone in the middle of my blood draw! So unprofessional….website has no customer service number to call. Had to email complaint and asked a Manager to call me. Never responded. I won’t use them again!
