I worked for Jones Software remotely in 2024 and my wages were misreported to New York for the whole year, despite living and working in WA for the other portion of the year. Their payroll vendor, Justworks, confirmed they’re correcting W-2s for other employees — but Jones has done nothing to fix mine, despite clear documentation, a denied unemployment claim, and IRS exposure.

I’ve had to report this to federal and state authorities because Jones refuses to take accountability or provide proper wage documentation. If you’re considering working for or partnering with them, proceed with caution — this company is not in compliance with labor law.
